M	M S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like any MediaMarkt, it's small though, not like the one in Den Haag or Zoetermeer Staff is friendly

But sometimes you can't decide what to buy from pictures and a description, so you want to compare the items in shop. A bit of a wait, because they only allow so many people in store right now, but not having to push past people made me actually feel more comfortable with in store shopping. They've got a simple system for this: you're only allowed in with a shopping basket, and there are only as many of those available as are allowed inside. So when somebody leaves, the person at the entrance/exit takes their basket, cleans it and hands out over to the next in line. Other than that, they have about the same selection as other electronics stores, some of it cheaper, some of it more expensive. So I still look around before deciding to buy anything. When I do but here, they generally give good service, in my opinion.
김	김종희 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say it is terrible and the worst…The salesman in the shop doesn’t feel guilty about his service. He said that a TV will be delivered on time with installation service. Also I paid for the both in the shop. However, I got only the TV , so I was trying to connect with the customer centre but it was impossible. Called the centre more than 6 times and connected 2 times, but the first time, a centre staff said ‘hold on please I’m going to check it out’ then hung up the phone and the second time, another staff said, ‘you need to go to the shop then complain it’, then hung up the phone too. I sure this is not only the staffs’ problem but also management’s problem.
R	Ralph Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to give this shop 1 star. The staff, the man was very not very helpful. I had question s about a monitor. But he looked very uninterested and also with little charisma with answering So, I decided to leave the store and will buy my new monitor by the competitor. This is not the first time, another time they gave me false information about a keyboard. (Logitech K860) . So, any improvent on your employees will be helping to get customers back to your store. As long as you have untrained/ uninterested employees I will not spend my money at your company. It is not worth.

They only concentrate on one customer at a time. Make sure they are finished with a customer before asking a question. Also, not everyone working here can answer questions. Look for those in a red vest working in the same department you have questions.

But they screwed up and when i visited again a week later they had not sent anything, the product was out of stock, and no communication at all. Customer service(conveniently located next to the very loud audio department) staff refused to take responsibility, so demanded my money back, and bought same product from a webshop instead. Will not visit this awful shop again.

A	Alex van der Voort on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I went in there was with my wife looking for a washingmachine, as we stood there an employee came to us and asked if he could help us, my wife was in shock, a Mediamarkt where employees ask you if they can help???? Cannot be true... Second time I had to talk to the manager, to conversation was pleasant, relaxed, friendly and still very professional. So yes, 5 stars!, we will be back!
