β β β β β This health insurance agency does not know how you need to listen to the needs of your customers. Really slow, app is not working, and their answer is almost NO to everything because somehow it is your fault you did not take it as an extra in your insurance. To everyone, you better pay 5 EUR more for another insurance company.

β β β β β I was a customer of Menzis, they cut my insurance when my temporary contract was changed to permanent, without confirmation, I did not have insurance for 5 months in the middle of the pandemic without even knowing, then when I noticed through my doctor (which I could not get treatment because of that) I contacted them and sent them my new contract, they still did not reinstate my insurance, until I received a letter from the government a month later saying that if I don't get insurance they will fine me, then I called they said oh we forgot here is your insurance with 600 euro bill for all the months that you were not insured and you have to pay in three days, then when I called and said that I cant pay this amount in such short notice, after some insisting,the operator said and I quote "don't pay and you will see what happens". Even after that, I had to say that I can't afford this several times, sort of humiliating. I am stuck with this insurance until the end of the year but I will switch to something else AS SOON AS I CAN
Update: they ended up reducing that money from my account anyways. Even after I asked them to do installments. I am seriously in trouble now. If i could give any less starts i would do that.

β β β β β bad bad company! Stay away from these bunch of thiefs.. I have been with them for more than 15 years... did not need anything , did not cost them a penny... Now that actually need their services, I have been in a 6 months fight to get about 300β¬ back... only negative answers..they lost my statements.. if if you are abroad (even in EU) they want everything translated by official translators , I never received an official feedback communication from them. . I have already spent50β¬ on the phone calling them.. sent half dozen of letters but in vain... They want me to take a lawyer but they know it's not worth it for me...
