★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vrijdagmorgen online bestellen, een orderbevestiging ontvangen, het bedrag afgeschreven zien worden en vervolgens op dinsdagmiddag een mailtje krijgen met de mededeling dat de bestelde schoenen (toch) niet meer op voorraad zijn... Geen schoenen, geen sale-aanbieding meer en nu dus maar wachten op restitutie.
Order online Friday morning, receive an order confirmation, see the amount debited and then receive an email on Tuesday afternoon with the message that the ordered shoes are (still) out of stock ... No shoes, no more sale offer and so now only waiting for refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tweemaal schoenen besteld bij Mercer in de webshop. Het tweede paar was echter al na ruim 2 maanden kapot (zool doormidden bij normaal gebruik).
Binnen een dag had ik echter mijn geld al teruggestort gekregen, nadat ik Mercer de foto's van de schoenen had doorgemaild.
Dus goede service en mooie schoenen!
Ordered shoes twice from Mercer in the webshop. However, the second pair was already broken after more than 2 months (sole in half with normal use).
Within a day, however, I had already received my money back after emailing Mercer the photos of the shoes.
So good service and nice shoes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ couteuse, de mauvaise qualité surtout l'intérieur qui est en carton et qui génère une odeur insoutenable après seulement quelques mois (avec la pandémie il ne les a presque pas porté), il y a également une petite barre en acier sous la plante de pied qui crée des douleurs si vous les portez trop longtemps. Impossible à laver et si toutefois vous essayez elles ressortent rose car les couleurs filtrent, sans semelle car le carton se désagrège et les barres métalliques se coincent dans la machine à laver. J'ai contacté le service client, on m'a répondu qu'il ne fallait pas absolument pas laver juste mettre du déodorant chaussures (ce que j'ai bien évidemment essayé avant de les laver car odeur incrustrée). Voilà pour notre amère expérience au prix de 500 eur. Mon fils à 19 ans, il avait économisé pour se payer ce genre de chaussures
expensive, of poor quality especially the interior which is in cardboard and which generates an unbearable odor after only a few months (with the pandemic he hardly wore them), there is also a small steel bar under the sole of the foot which creates pain if you wear them for too long. Impossible to wash and if you try they come out pink because the colors filter, without a sole because the cardboard crumbles and the metal bars get stuck in the washing machine. I contacted customer service, they told me that I shouldn't absolutely wash, just put on deodorant on the shoes (which I obviously tried before washing them because of the encrusted odor). So much for our bitter experience at the price of 500 eur. My son at 19, he had saved up to buy these kind of shoes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lichamelijke klachten ondervonden van dit schoeisel. Sinds 2 weken geen last meer, omdat ik nieuwe schoenen heb met platte zolen. Ik heb niet eens m'n geld teruggevraagd, maar een vergoeding omdat ik 6 maanden niet heb kunnen sporten.. hier gaat Mercer niet in mee. Is met een kortingscode voor schoenen die ik nooit meer ga kopen niet goed te maken. Klantvriendelijkheid ver beneden de maat?..
Physical complaints experienced from this footwear. No more problems since 2 weeks, because I have new shoes with flat soles. I didn't even ask for my money back, but a compensation because I haven't been able to exercise for 6 months.. Mercer doesn't agree with this. Can't be made up for with a discount code for shoes I'll never buy again. Customer-friendliness way below average ..
