★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just walked out of the shop and looking back at my experience I can honestly say that it is the worst barber ever. The main thing that attracted me to go there was the price, which is pretty attractive for amsterdam standards. However, you can clearly see that the people working there do not really know what they are doing and fully ignore what you want. The do not really try to find out what they should do and during the cutting you really have to pay attention to what they're doing. (she shaved a part of my sideburns leaving a gap between my beard and sideburns. Thanks!)
I for instance, wanted a simple undercut in which the top is kept long and the sides left short. however, she kept the sides long for multiple times and she started over for about 3 times to make the sides shorter. in the end i just gave up as she said that if she would cut more, it would be ugly (well thank you, as you just offended my hairstyle) although it is stil about 1 cm long and i mostly have it about 5/6mm. I just gave up after multiple comments like those and i just paid and left. Two weeks ago i went to the kappers academy with kids aged 15 to 18 who cut hair better than the people at this shop.

Sometimes you may have to wait a few minutes but they always have at least 3-4 people working so it moves fast.
And the best price you'll find in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get what you pay. It's probably the cheapest place around here in Amsterdam area. Waiting time can be long, especially on Saturday. Quality of the cut also depends on the person. Some are experienced but some are not. Depending on your luck. Anyway I'm a usual customer here as it's quite convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually come here and the service has been great, but my recent cut is terrible. Everything is uneven and it might be one of the worst cuts I’ve ever had. I even had a picture of what I wanted and still the barber couldn’t get it right. Will probably never go back. Which is too bad
