★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came straight here after the excellent meal from previous owners, but were since taken over by ultra-modern, generic, dribble. Wagamama wannabe’s, the menu is your typical unauthentic white persons Vietnamese scran. Unimaginative vegan option (red curry?), stir fried in who knows what.

I told a member of the staff and she pretended that it was something normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinner was delicious especially the wok fried prawn with pineapple, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended restaurant if you’re visiting the Witte De Withstraat.

Hello to all who are plan to go to the Hang out in Rotterdam, we ordered beer and a starter the ober was very keen to get our order quickly, beer came and we ordered beer dinner for 4 persons. beef noodle, red curry, Tomyang soup, crispy pork and fried rice, it took nearly 1 hour to get the dinner served on the table and for the beers ordered in between it took 20 minutes and a second time requesting when is the beer available? whilst other tables were served with food and drinks, these persons arrived later and ordered later than us. I understand they might forgot our order but the worst thing was the attitude from the waiter. I complaint why we got served so late? His answer was "Oh I don't know it's the chef’s choice?? very bad attitude from the waiter, when we paid made it clear that we were not impressed by the service, he said its not all my fault.
it was good restaurant before and now It will take time before we Come back to this restaurant . oh also food taste wasn't great .soup and curry were a bit cold. I will not recommend this restaurant, the way it was operating today.

Best dish on their menu? The classic Phở with beef ?? cause the Vietnamese cook actually knows what he’s doing ?? The most authentic bowl of wet noodles that I’ve come across in Rotterdam until now. It even has the right leafy greens on the side ?☘️
The fried and fresh spring rolls are a delight. Also here, with the right sauces on the side. Pineapple fried rice ?most famous in Thailand, looks super nice but a bit too sweet for my taste. I would stick to the authentic Vietnamese dishes. You won't go wrong there ➡️➡️
P.S. Make sure to come around on weekdays. They have special offerings for an even better diner or late lunch ??Check their feed and enjoy!
