 Pleasant and knowledgeable staff who explain everything well and clearly about what is going on with the device. Also unsolicited advice to replace the battery soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet betrouwbare partij! Ik ga naar MicroFix met mijn iPad 2017 met scheur in ’t scherm. Er wordt mij verteld dat ik mijn iPad kan inruilen voor een iPad 2021 met bijbetaling van € 750,- (de prijs van een nieuw 2017 model). Ik verifieer nog met de verkoper of ik dan ook echt een 2021 model krijg. Dat wordt geconfirmeerd, maar krijg een iPad 2017 model terug. Schandalig! Ik heb dus iemand mijn oude iPad 2017 cadeau gegeven en een nieuwe gekocht voor de normale verkoopprijs van € 750,- door voorgelogen te worden door de verkoper! Precies hetzelfde 2017 model is online nieuw te koop voor € 638,00. Ongelooflijk!
Not reliable party! I'm going to MicroFix with my iPad 2017 with a crack in the screen. I am told that I can exchange my iPad for an iPad 2021 with an additional payment of €750 (the price of a new 2017 model). I am still verifying with the seller whether I will really get a 2021 model. That will be confirmed, but get an iPad 2017 model back. Scandalous! So I gave someone my old iPad 2017 as a gift and bought a new one for the normal retail price of €750 by being lied to by the seller! Exactly the same 2017 model is for sale new online for € 638.00. unbelievable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparatie snel en goed uitgevoerd onder Apple-garantie. Mooie zaak en heel vriendelijk personeel. Wat een enorm positief verschil met de "Genius"bar van Apple. Ik raad Microfix aan voor iedereen die een reparatie aan zijn (Apple)apparaat moet laten doen.
Repair done quickly and properly under Apple warranty. Nice place and very friendly staff. What a huge positive difference from Apple's "Genius" bar. I recommend Microfix to anyone who needs to have their (Apple) device repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MacBookPro uit 2009 en LaCie 500 GB en 1TB. Veel kennis in huis en geduldig met mij. Nu draaien de Harddrive’s weer. Ze draaiden niet op SATA Express Kaart (pci gleuf) zoals de afgelopen jaren, maar wel op Firewire bij een OS. herinstallatie en Terugzetten in Time Machine. Zeer redelijke prijs.
2009 MacBookPro and LaCie 500GB and 1TB. Lots of knowledge in house and patient with me. Now the hard drives are spinning again. They didn't run on SATA Express Card (pci slot) like the past few years, but they did run on Firewire with an OS. reinstall and Restore in Time Machine. Very reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snel, professioneel en eerlijk. Toen ik mijn laptop kwam inleveren, konden ze gelijk een prijsschatting voor me maken. De reparateur kon namelijk al gelijk zien wat er allemaal door vochtschade was aangetast en wat er vervangen moest worden. Dat was heel fijn, zo kwam ik niet voor verrassingen te staan. Ik heb tussendoor nog gebeld naar hen of ze ook foto's konden maken voor de verzekering. Ook dat was geen probleem. Niet veel later heb ik via een professioneel online portal de offerte gekregen, met foto's van de schade erbij. Ik kon deze offerte online goedkeuren. Voor ik het wist was mijn laptop al gerepareerd. Heel erg blij mee!
Fast, professional and honest. When I came in my laptop, they could immediately make a price estimate for me. The repairman could already see what had already been affected by moisture damage and what had to be replaced. That was very nice, I didn't come for surprises. In between, I have called to them if they could also take pictures for the insurance. That too was no problem. Not much later I received the quotation through a professional online portal, with photos of the damage. I could approve this quote online. Before I knew, my laptop had already been repaired. Very happy with it!
