The store's staff is friendly and welcoming, and will answer to any questions you may have about Miele's products.

(Even though we had been advised wrongly) Stijn made time for us between his other appointments to go through all the appliances we wanted to price up for our new kitchen and making sure we understood all the features they offered.
Everyone at the store was friendly and knowledgable. Stijn was especially interested in making sure we chose, not necessarily the the latest or most expensive option, but the option that best suited our needs.
I can very much recommend the service offered at the store, it made it so much easier to choose what we needed. The snacks prepared by the chef were also very tasty and it was useful to see the appliances in action.

Must say we are happy with both. You do pay more, but indeed get more.
Experience center staff are most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. And good service is not measured only when all goes well - mostly measured when things go wrong. And we we did encounter some difficulties - they knew how to resolve all swiftly and professionally. Went above and beyond to make us feel satisficed. True luxury brand experience.
Well done team! We'll meet again soon.
