My husband who's a watch collector got a recommendation for Ace Jewelers a year ago and I kept it since then in the back of my head as the go to place for when I was ready to buy a special watch for him to celebrate our anniversary. I am still in awe by the incredible service we got from Tamarah and the rest of the team. From the moment we contacted Ace, Tamarah was nothing but a pleasure to work with. She was super accommodating, quick to respond, and just genuinely super nice and thoughtful. We both were so impressed with the service and kindness. We'll definitely buy from Ace again and couldn't be happier with the experience and the watch itself. Worse, when they gave me a quote for a watch service, they could not explain the quote. "We can't know all watches" is not a valid excuse when you claim to be a certified Omega watch service shop. "We'll call you back in a couple of minutes" was literally what I was told. two hours later - no call. And no apology. Explanation to what needed to be repaired was "we don't know". This may be a good watch sales shop, but service is not their strength.

Absolutely no pressure and are as accommodating as possible.
