★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inconvenient service. Lost my package and was due for APK. Requested to expedite and check with courier where the package was as i needed it for apk but was told i stead that its couriers responsibility and we cant check for you. Eventually bought my parts for car from another dealer. I later received the part but i dont even care or bother return it back. Just dont want to go thru hassle of it with these folks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not great, item ordered somewhere between web shop and shipper (Trunkrs). Web shop claims to have handed over to shipper, shipper claims to not have received item. Been like this for over a month. Webshop not willing to fix this in any other way than wait for item to arrive, like that is going to happen. MijnAutoOnderdelen is offloading their issue to the client.
But...in the end the ordered item did arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everybody should be very careful with this company. I placed an order for a car battery - which obviously was available according to their site - for 57 euros with next day delivery. Next morning I got a mail asking me to pay 27 euros more for a similar product as the one I had ordered was not available. This kind of business model is just outrageous. Be careful with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered some mineral oil via their site. I chose to pick it up. They sent a mail fairly quickly that it was available. It's slightly unfortunate that they don't have better bicycle parking at the back, but I guess not too many will cycle to a car shop. Also tried to correct the entrance on the map. It's in the back of the building, door with number 40 in red.

To pay two pieces and receive only one. That gives experience. Because of you I lost 350 euros.You are a disgrace and have no respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst costumer service ever. Avoid this company at all cost. I bought a airco compressor, in their site it is mentioned that it fits my car, but when I sent the car with the part to my mechanic to be replaced he said that it does not fit. This happened two times, the third time they won’t replace the part anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a part with 2 days delievery. After a week recieved nothing. Requested for an update then they said they would look for an alternative. After 3 days send a follow up mail and they explainded they had no alternative availible. 2 weeks past and no part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rear lights ordered, clearly stated that it was for export, so please check and package carefully because returning is not an option. Yet they deliberately broke a 2nd hand (there was just a piece of the rear light broken off, but was not in the box) packed and sent it.
In short, a terrible company that you really should avoid.
