The HELPDESK is not help at all, and the reaction is slow and always cases followed by different person, caused disconnection of their internal communication.
Really disappoint on their bad system !!! No need to save money on your web server or webmail serve from this company. better spend a little more but will solve you much problems.

Anyone who could helg me or was able to able to awnser a few questions before I bought 6 Domains for some 5 year contract. It's a shame how such A panicle of Dutch Pride has become a relic of unreachablelity.. toen maar naar Hostnet gegaan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a long time client, but their service deteriorated over the years. More and more techies were replaced by marketeers and uneducated helpdesk agents. When they outsourced the management of their email, things went south even faster.
I used to recommend them, but now I have only one advice: STAY AWAY!
