Naast dat hij het in een model heeft geknipt dat ik zelf absoluut niet wilde, heeft hij het ook op de lengte geknipt waarvan hij zelf zei dat dat niet stond bij de vorm van mijn hoofd. Toen ik hem de dag er na belde om te vertellen dat ik niet tevreden was, zei hij dat hij me terug zou bellen. Dat heeft hij niet gedaan. Hij gaat gewoon zijn gang en doet wat hij zelf leuk vind, zonder te checken of je dat zelf wel wilt. En als je aangeeft dat je iets anders wilt, weet hij het precies zo te verkopen dat je alsnog uit komt bij wat hij wilt, zonder dat je het door hebt.

When I called him the day after to say I was not satisfied, he said he would call me back. He did not. He just goes about his business and does what he likes, without checking whether you want to. And if you indicate that you want something else, he knows exactly how to sell it in such a way that you still end up with what he wants, without you noticing.
