J	Julia Geerissen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am liebsten würde ich so viele Minussterne geben,die man hier leider nicht auswählen kann...So ein unhöfliches Personal am Empfang habe ich noch nie erlebt...Es fing mit einem unhöflichen Telefonkontakt an...Man geht extra früh zu einer offenen Sprechstunde und hätte trotz allem noch mindestens. 1,5 Stunden warten müssen. Man solle ja erst zu der Ärztin rein,welche entscheidet,ob gemessen wird,obwohl man eine Überweisung vom Orthopäden hat,mit der Bitte um Messung...Man wird dann auch noch angepampt,weil man gehen möchte...Unhöflicher geht's nicht... I would like to give so many minus stars, which unfortunately cannot be selected here ... I have never seen such rude staff at the reception ... It started with a rude telephone contact ... You go to an open one very early Consultation hour and would still have at least despite everything. Have to wait 1.5 hours. You should first go in to the doctor who decides whether to measure, even though you have a referral from the orthopedic surgeon, with the request for measurement ... You will then also be pamped because you want to leave ... You can't be more rude. ..

Das Personal kennt mich beim Namen, Frau Dr. Büren kennt meine Geschichte und weiß, was bei mir los ist. Ich kann mir keine bessere Ärztin vorstellen I have been a patient for years and I am consistently satisfied! The staff knows me by name, Dr. Büren knows my story and what is going on with me. I can't think of a better doctor
M	Manuela Schick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Büren ist sehr kompetent. Da können sich andere Ärzte ein Beispiel dran nehmen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und tut alles, um dem Patienten zu helfen. Auch in Stresssituationen. Es gibt Sachen, die nun mal nicht machbar sind. Und zaubern gehört NICHT zum Aufgabenbereich des Personals. Und manch ein Patient ist sehr unverschämt dem Personal gegenüber, und wird trotzdem noch nett behandelt. Dr. Büren is very competent. Other doctors can take this as an example. The staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help the patient. Even in stressful situations. There are things that are simply not feasible. And magic is NOT part of the staff's area of responsibility. And some patients are very outrageous towards the staff and are still treated nicely.

F	Franca Grudzinski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war gestern zum ersten Mal dort, ich fühlte mich gleich sehr wohl dort die Sprechstunden Hilfen wahren super nett und Frau Dr Büren war super. Daumen hoch kann man nur empfehlen I was there for the first time yesterday, I immediately felt very comfortable there, the consultation hours were super nice and Dr Büren was great. One can only recommend thumbs up
