Na 5 minuten al helemaal verliefd en daarna nog een uur kunnen praten over de fiets, onderhoudt etc. Enorme kennis van zaken en je gaat alleen weg met een fiets als deze helemaal bij je past! Ik raad iedereen aan om hier heen te gaan, goede prijs/kwaliteit en service. En kon de fiets op het moment niet meenemen maar werd keurig thuis gebracht!! 5 sterren en zo zou service moeten zijn, echt top!
 Bought my first road bike today. After 5 minutes already completely in love and after that you can talk for another hour about the bike, maintains etc. Huge knowledge of the facts and you only leave with a bicycle if it suits you completely! I recommend everyone to go here, good price / quality and service. And could not take the bike at the time but was brought home neatly !! 5 stars and so should service, really top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had een probleem met mijn ketting en mijn derailleur. Ik contactte meteen Mister Vélo, die zij dat hij mij wel kon helpen. Ik kon direct langs komen. Hij zag meteen wat er aan de hand was en wist wat hij moest doen om het probleem op te lossen. Het probleem was meteen verholpen. Een zeer aardige, behulpzame man die altijd in is voor een praatje, met serieuze kennis! Altijd goede service!
Had a problem with my chain and my derailleur. I immediately contacted Mister Vélo, who said that he could help me. I was able to come right away. He immediately saw what was going on and knew what to do to fix the problem. The problem was immediately solved. A very nice, helpful man who is always up for a chat, with serious knowledge! Always good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mister Velo is like the doctor of my bike, and anytime something goes wrong, he fixes it in minutes showing me how he deals with the issue. He owns the most trustworthy bike store in Groningen from my experience. Recently, he replaced my front inner tube and tire for 15EUR in 2 minutes, while another bike store asked me 95EUR to solve the same problem in 2 days. Of course Mr Velo deserves way more credit for his onest and efficent business!
