The mister who helped me also gave an estimate and kept to it, differently from some places that would estimate and give you a surprise when seeing the bill. Also very nice person which just makes the service even better, I'll definitely be coming back here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought our Urban Arrow bakfiets there 3 years ago. I love it, but it’s by no means perfect. Luckily the amazing service from M-Bikes makes all the difference! They’ve maintained and fixed every aspect of my bike these past 3 years with great flexible service at reasonable prices. Knowledgeable and friendly, I highly recommend them as your one stop Urban Arrow shop (or other bike/bakfiets).
As an example, my Bosch battery pack decided to die on me for no reason. It’s a battery, it can happen I suppose. Unlucky for me it was just out of warranty. I went by (without calling first) with the hope they could reset or fix it somehow. Instead, they arranged a replacement battery pack within 10 minutes of walking through the door. They tested the original battery, made a call, got me a new one and I was off riding with pedal assist once again within no time. Amazing service! I highly recommend and vouch for them.
