Er ist nicht nur freundlich und kompetent sondern war mir auch bei der Ersteinrichtung meines Mobilgerät behilflich und machte es letztendlich startklar. Ohne seine Hilfe wäre mein Mobilgerät absolut nutzlos. Nochmals vielen Dank an Herrn Hegel.
I can recommend Debitel Shop in Kamp-Lintfort. Outside here, Mr. Hegel. He is not only friendly and competent but also helped me with the initial setup of my mobile device and finally made it ready to go. Without his help, my mobile device would be completely useless. Thanks again to Mr. Hegel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe beim Herrn C.I. ein Handy gekauft. Beim Kauf des Handys teilte der Herr mit, dass er ein Zusatz buchen müsste, da er mir sonst das Handy nicht verkaufen könnte. Das ganze schien mir vorerst suspekt zu sein, jedoch bin ich erstmal darauf eingegangen. Nach Recherche und durchschauen der Unterlagen wurde ich hier einfach von dem Herrn C.I. komplett belogen und getäuscht. Dieser hat mir einfach eine Geräteversicherung zusätzlich gebucht. Selbstverständlich braucht man keine Geräteversicherung oder ähnliches abzuschließen, um ein Handy zu kaufen. Ich habe natürlich von meinem Widerruf Gebrauch gemacht.
Aber das ist reine Abzocke da. Ich kann keinem empfehlen da irgendwas zu kaufen geschweige denn ein Vertrag abzuschließen.
I have received from Mr. C.I. bought a cell phone. When buying the cell phone, the gentleman informed me that he had to book an add-on, otherwise he would not be able to sell the cell phone to me. The whole thing seemed suspicious to me at first, but I went into it first. After researching and looking through the documents, Mr. C.I. completely lied to and deceived. He simply booked an additional device insurance for me. Of course, you don't need to take out device insurance or the like to buy a cell phone. I have of course made use of my revocation.
But that's just a rip off. I can't recommend anyone to buy anything, let alone sign a contract.
