Das Team ist zum einen sehr geduldig, freundlich und hilfsbereit in der Kundenbetreuung und zum anderen aber auch kompetent und professionell in seiner Arbeitsweise. Auch das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist fair und nachvollziehbar. Manchmal anfallende Wartezeiten sind für mich ok, weil man sich für den Kunden die Zeit für die Beratung nimmt, die man braucht um auf seine Fragen und Probleme einzugehen und dann eine Lösung zu finden. Und das erwarte ich ja für mich schließlich auch. Macht einfach genau so weiter.... ? This is not my first time as a customer, and it will certainly not be the last time. On the one hand, the team is very patient, friendly and helpful in customer service and, on the other hand, they are also competent and professional in their way of working. The price / performance ratio is also fair and understandable. Sometimes waiting times are ok for me, because you take the time for the customer's advice that you need to address their questions and problems and then find a solution. And after all, that's what I expect for myself too. Just carry on like this .... ?

In einem Fall war ich vorher nebenan bei dem großen Elektromarkt. Dort musste der Mitarbeiter erst googlen, was zu machen ist und riet mir dann von einer Reparatur ab. Für die Mitarbeiter von Mediabox war das aber kein Problem. Der Fairness halber wies man mich auf ein gewisses Risiko hin. Was hier nicht repariert werden kann, ist auch nicht zu reparieren. Kurz: Die Jungs sind richtig gut!!! I've been here a few times for cell phone repairs and the service has always been friendly, competent and reasonably priced. In one case I was next door at the large electronics store. The employee there first had to google what to do and then advised me against repairing it. But that wasn't a problem for the Mediabox employees. In fairness, I was warned that there was some risk involved. What cannot be repaired here cannot be repaired. In short: the guys are really good!!!

Ignore the rest of the reviews. Seller's English is bad, but you can communicate with him nonetheless. It takes like 5 days for him to ship, but everything went smooth.
