★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the good coffee places in Haarlem. Two things made me stop going here: i come here quite often. One time after i ordered my coffee, i also asked a small glass of water. I was rejected! Not nice!!! As an add-on: it was a week day, no queue at all! This is a very simple way of showing your genuine interest to your returning customers.. but no worries, but decided to give the second chance! I came back to order the nicest coffee of haarlem. Having two kids around, i forgot to put the mask on which was hanging in my hand. The same person warned me in a very customer unfriendly way that wearing that mask is to protect myself and good for me. Lessons learned, thanks for that ??
