Tijdens mijn zwangerschap wilde ik graag op een verantwoorde manier te blijven sporten. Op aanraden van een vriendin ben ik de groepslessen van Stephanie gaan volgen. De lessen zijn op muziek, intensief, leuk en gedurende de hele zwangerschap goed te volgen. Ook de cursussen (oa ademhalingstechnieken, do’s en don’ts na je bevalling) waren een goede voorbereiding op de bevalling en de periode daarna. Ik heb tot aan het eind van mijn zwangerschap kunnen sporten en ik heb mij heel fit gevoeld. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat dit ook heeft bijgedragen aan een spoedig herstel. Nu volg ik weer met veel plezier de postnatale lessen. Ik raad Mothers in Motion iedereen aan!
During my pregnancy I wanted to keep exercising in a responsible way. On the advice of a friend, I started taking Stephanie's group lessons. The lessons are to music, intensive, fun and easy to follow throughout the pregnancy. The courses (including breathing techniques, dos and don'ts after childbirth) were also a good preparation for the delivery and the period afterwards. I was able to exercise until the end of my pregnancy and I felt very fit. I am convinced that this also contributed to a speedy recovery. Now I am enjoying the postnatal classes again. I recommend Mothers in Motion to everyone!

Goede begeleiding tijdens mijn zwangerschap, hierdoor fit de bevalling en de periode daarna in gegaan. Nu bezig met de post sportlessen, die bevallen ook goed. Zeker een aanrader om bij Stephanie te komen sporten!
Good guidance during my pregnancy, this made the birth and the period afterward fit. Now working on the post sports lessons, which are also going well. Definitely recommended to come and work out with Stephanie!

Honestly, if you don’t want to waist your time going to random pelvic floor specialists after birth, and you really want to recover properly, Stephanie is the best specialist you can find around!!!

Stephanie is an absolute expert on pelvic floor physiotherapy and postnatal sports - both the personal trainings and group trainings were/are highly beneficial to me!

I want to express my deep appreciation for all Stephanie’s professional advices so that I could get ready properly for giving birth without having any physical complications (I managed to avoid tearing, yay!). Due to relatively intense workouts at “Mothers in Motion” I’m almost back to my normal weight before pregnancy in only 2,5 weeks after giving birth to my wonderful daughter ? It’s a highly recommended place for all Rotterdam’s mamas-to-be !

Sporting with Stephanie helped me to stay fit during my pregnancy, to prepare myself for labour and to recover afterwards. She has a lot of knowledge of the human body and takes time to give personal feedback during the lessons. And also important: the lessons are really ‘gezellig’ ?

Joining the pre natal program was the best decision I could have made when I got pregnant. It helped me stay fit and comfortable, with the peace of mind that all workouts were tailored to the special needs of the pregnant body. As a result I have never been as fit as I was during my pregnancy. The workshops were a huge help during the delivery and recovery after. Two years after giving birth I am still part of the post program that helps me stay fit. But what I maybe like the best was meeting other moms-to-be and new moms and share experiences and stories with them. It makes you feel like you are not alone in all the new changes you are going through.
