★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a client of MotorZoom for more than 2 years and I've always been very happy with the shop in Amsterdam.
This was the first time I used the mechanic shop in Utrecht and unfortunately I have to say I ended up very disappointed.
I had 3 requests:
- Adjust the back suspension
- I was given no feedback about this, so I suppose it was not touched
- Fix a serious issue with the engine
- No issue was found with the engine
- Fix a back signal light that didn’t work
- The signal light stopped working again after 10Km
So basically, I was charged 73 Euros and my motorbike ended up in the same situation.
I was scammed.
I sent them an email, enquiring what they could do about it, and this time they didnt even reply to my email!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an item, been waiting a week no contact. Have sent emails, WhatsApp and Facebook messages, none answered, very disappointed. Funnily enough answered Paypal case immediately and I got a refund. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. i.e none!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mediocre prices, amazing customer service. In this day and age you can surely find what you want 90% of the time cheaper online, but you won't get that quality customer service that an actual store front provides. They take the time to fit you and help you find what you need and they don't try to upsell you. I've gone in there looking for some gloves and they sold me on a much cheaper pair because it fit me better rather than try to sell me the more expensive one. They also always take the time to help with other things such as fixing helmets and are quite knowledgable. Warranty returns are also much easier as they handled everything when I took in my broken Sena remote. If you can afford to pay a little bit more it's definitely worth coming in. Motorcycle gear is expensive so better to make sure you got the right fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good shop. Went there for boots size 45. The available boots were €180+ and you had to look for them in a rather unstructured 'shelve space'. Took a bit before i got some help, but once I got help it was professional, direct, honest and fast. The rest of the shop looked very organised and the variety seemed large.
