I found an advertisement of studio at Kamernet. I sent message to them to present my situation. They replied to me very quickly and proposed the date for visiting this studio. Everything is going very well. Fast response emails and well-explained the situation. Our appointment to see this studio was quick and efficient. The procédures of the rental contractual agreement and signing are also well-arranged. I felt released with the service of MoyMoy because I was very worry before. I am very impressed by the online service from the booking for visiting the studio, viewing the contract, payment fee, signing contract… It is very convenient and very sufficient for someone who are unable to visit Groningen or stay in Groningen like me. This is something what a reliable agency would never do, so I highly do NOT recommend you MoyMoy.

They are prompt to answer emails, and have a really good customer service. I told them about my dissatisfaction with one of their products, and not only they refunded me, but also changed the quality of it. Highly recommend them to everyone.

They were supposed to call us and start to look for candidate apartments after the payment, but they never get in touch with us. We tried to reach them with email at least 5 times and didn't get any reply. On the website, it is mentioned that you can request a refund if they cannot find an apartment for you, but there is no such form exist.

I tried many rental agencies, and I found Moy Moy as one of the most reliable and efficient. I subscribed to their website, paid 29€, and set a phone appointment. I gave them all the characteristics of the studio that I was looking for, and they come up with the right offer within 48h. Also, I appreciated the friendly and helpful approach in the entire relation. I warmly recommend them.

It's absolutely ridiculous, what kind of company doesn't reply to e-mails and doesn't even have a phone number to call to. No refund since November, not even 1 offer or phone call, absolute scam please don't fall for it.

E	Ebby Shirazi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did get a studio with moymoy, so at least I wasn't homeless. However, the 100€ down payment, "guaranteed to be paid back", were never sent back to me, even after asking for it multiple times. Don't fall for it.
