★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never had more even brows in my life! I came in with one goal, and that was to leave feeling more symmetrical than when I came in. I can't for the life of me remember the name of the lovely lady who assisted me with this, but she was so accommodating with the goal and spoke me through every step. Thank you so much ^^ I'd recommend everyone to come here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the first 2 appointments with Sima and it was great. She was thoughtful and did an amazing job. My last appointment was with Marcella and it was a huge flop. She made my brows thinner, especially one compared to the other and even the intensity of tinting is different. When I pointed that out she started arguing with me saying my brows are identical. Then she called for a second opinion and when Michel came he confirmed that my brows are not identical. He tried to fix it and also gave a discount. He acted like a super nice client-oriented professional and I really appreciate it. On the other hand I heard no apologies from Marcella, which is sad because now I have to wait for another month or two to get my brow hairs grow back.

They take the time and make you feel well taken care off. I am always happy with my brows when I leave. The only downside is, because it is so popular, you often need to book several weeks in advance. But worth it!
