★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch een afspraak maken is onmogekijk! Ik ben 25 min lang in de wacht gezet om een afspraak te maken. Verder zijn de personeel super aardig en behulpzaam
Making an appointment by telephone is impossible! I was put on hold for 25 minutes to make an appointment. Furthermore, the staff are super nice and helpful

Heel kortaf kon ze amper een vraag stellen .
Were very rude doctor's assistant, not polite at all.
She could barely ask a question very curtly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn moeder van 81 Jaar ,die al jaren bij hetzelfde huisarts komt,is een bloeddruk patiënt. Ze is al een jaar niet gecontroleerd ,met de bloeddruk meting. Ik vind dat ze laks behandeld word. En de nieuwe huisarts , die niet FF belt om te controleren hoe t met haar gaat, ze heeft heel af en toe hele hoge bloeddruk. Zelf is zij boos op ze!!!!!!!
My mother of 81 years, who has been seeing the same GP for years, is a blood pressure patient. She hasn't been checked with blood pressure for a year. I think she is being treated lax. And the new GP, who doesn't call FF to check how she's doing, she has very high blood pressure every now and then. She herself is mad at them!!!!!!

Dr karaer is een arts die de praktijk niet serieus neemt daar bedoel ik mee patiënten zijn geen prioriteitt voor haar personeel is kortaf aan de tel. Behandelingen die normaal wel gedaan werden zegt mevr dat ze liever geen recept voorschrijft. Sorry luister naar je patient. We zijn echt opzoek naar een ander maar helaas corona is nu de baas.
Who knows another doctor for our family. Dr Karaer is a doctor who does not take the practice seriously by that I mean patients are not a priority for her staff is curt on the phone. Treatments that were normally done says Ms that she prefers not to prescribe a prescription. Sorry listen to your patient. We are really looking for someone else but unfortunately corona is now the boss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 4th GP practice I've been to in Amsterdam(moved a lot) and I've only had good experiences. Never before had I been to a GP that really listened to me, was very supportive and understanding and took their time.
