Wie sich herausgestellt hat, eine gute Entscheidung. Schon beim hereinkommen wird man sehr freundlich begrüsst, sodass man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Für den Hörtest nimmt Herr Kleinatland sich sehr viel Zeit. Ich probierte mehrere Geräte aus, bis ich das für mich passende gefunden habe. Für Probleme, die in der Probierphase entstanden sind, hatte er stets ein offenes Ohr. Er ist ein sehr kompetenter Hörgeräteakustiker mit Herz. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!!!!! M	Mikhail Ryshchin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe für meinen Opa Hörgerätakuistiker gesucht, der uns Hörgeräte zum ausprobieren geben kann, die wir selber im Internet rausgesucht haben und nicht nur von einem bestimmten Anbieter (wie es bei den meisten Akustikern der Fall ist). Zur unserer Überraschung wurde meinem Opa nicht nur das problemfrei ermöglicht, sondern auch gebeten, auf jedem fall noch andere Geräte zum Vergleich auszuprobieren (andere Bauweise, Anbieter auch von uns ausgesucht!), um zu verstehen, was ihm persönlich besser passt. Er hat uns angeboten auch noch so viele Geräte auszuprobieren, wie wir möchten und hat keinerlei Zeitdruck gemacht. Mein Opa durfte die geräte so lange testen bis er sagen konnte, welche ihm tatsächlich besser passen. Ich glaube, dass man noch kaum solchen Service irgenwo bei den Hörgerätakustikern bekommen kann, denn dort ist das testen nach einer zweiwöchigen Frist strickt vorbei. Dieser Akustiker ist dabei immer für auftretende Fragen und Probleme da gewesen, Tipps gegeben und mehrmals angedeutet, dass wir immer vorbeikommen können, falls was ist. Er war sehr höfflich, freundlich und vor allem ehrlich, was mir poersönlich sehr wichtig ist. Wir mussten kein einziges mal beim Termin warten und uns wurde immer etwas zum trinken angeboten. Er ist tatsächlich ein sehr kompetenter Hörgeräteakustiker mit Herz. Einfach TOP! Ich würde jedem empfehlen, diesen Akustiker zu wählen. Mein Fazit zu dem Hörgeräteakustiker ist bis zum heutigen Tag nur positiv, ich kann diesen aus folgenden Gründen nur empfehlen. -Ein Ausführliches Beratungsgespräch, vor dem Kauf, welche Systeme möglich sind und zu meinen Wünschen passen erfolgte. Hierbei wurden alle Fragen meinerseits beantwortet. Ein Probetragen von Hörgeräten, auch verschiedene, ist ohne Probleme möglich. Auf Sonderwünsche wurde eingegangen und entsprechende Vorschläge auf meine persönlichen Bedürfnisse verwirklicht. -Alle Formalitäten, wie z.B. das Einreichen von Unterlagen an die Krankenkasse, wurden auf meinen Wunsch durch „Mülheim Hört“ erledigt. -Das Preis – Leistungsverhältnis der letztlich Erworbenen Hörgeräte, einschließlich der Zusatzgeräte, halte ich für sehr gut. -Auch nach dem Kauf ist man nicht auf sich gestellt. Ein Check der Hörgeräte erfolgt regelmäßig. Hier werden die Geräte geprüft und abgefragt inwieweit die Funktion dieser gegeben ist. Für den Hörtest und die Auswertung von nimmt sich Herr Kleinatland sehr viel Zeit und klärt mit viel Geduld offene Fragen. Er hat für mich Geräte ausgewählt mit denen ich auf Anhieb sehr gut zurecht gekommen bin. Rundum kurz gesagt, ich kann Hr. Kleinatland als Hörgeräteakustiker nur sehr empfehlen. Nachdem eines der Geräte immer öfter in die Werkstatt mußte und meine Zeit und Geduld begrenzt ist, habe ich darauf(fast vollständig) verzichtet Diese zu verwenden.Meinen Umut habe ich selbstverständlich zum Ausdruck gebracht. Ein Gespräch in der Fiiale nach der letzten Reperatur war sehr unangenehm.Offenbar wird nun versucht mir vorzuwerfen, dass ich das anfällige Gerät nicht richtig verwendet habe. Im ersten Ansatz wollte ich verschiedene Gehörgeräteakustiker in Mülheim ausprobieren und hatte mich im ersten Kontakt für dieses inhabergeführtes Geschäft entschieden. Resultat: Ich war top zufrieden, die Beratung war sehr angenehm und kompetent. Ich konnte die verschiedenen bei mir in Frage kommenden Hörgerätetypen über einen längeren Zeitraum im Büro aber auch beim Sport (Tennis, Joggen, Radfahren etc.) ausprobieren. Damit stand für mich nach kurzer Zeit fest, dass ich mich bei Herrn Kleinatland sehr gut aufgehoben fühlte und habe mir den Aufwand andere Gehörgeräteakustiker aufzusuchen gespart. Er berät gut, nimmt sich Zeit und man kann auch mit Kleinigkeiten jederzeit vorbeikommen. Es ist schön, dass bei all den "Ketten" sich ein einzelnes Geschäft so gut am Markt behaupten kann. Weiter so! I bought my hearing aid from Mr. Kleinatland about 2 years ago. I'm still very satisfied. He gives good advice, takes his time and you can come by at any time, even with small things. It's nice that with all the "chains" a single store can hold its ground so well in the market. Keep it up!
