Doordat de BMI is gekoppeld aan de app kunnen de medewerkers veel sneller gealarmeerd worden. Voor de veiligheid in onze zorginstelling is Multibel essentieel. Multibel provides a service that cannot be compared with the current old-fashioned paging systems with pagers. Because the BMI is linked to the app, employees can be alerted much faster. Multibel is essential for safety in our healthcare institution.
A	ABC DED on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer goede, simpele en betrouwbare app met meerdere opties om een groep te activeren/ alarmeren. Sinds Multibel is onze response-time enorm afgenomen. Simpel in gebruik en beheer, met erg goede ondersteuning van de helpdesk. Ik zou Multibel zeker aanraden aan andere organisaties. Very good, simple and reliable app with multiple options to activate / alarm a group. Our response time has fallen enormously since Multibel. Easy to use and manage, with very good support from the help desk. I would definitely recommend Multibel to other organizations.

Vooral het feit dat dit systeem meerdere kanalen gebruikt om iemand te bereiken (app/telefonie/email/en/of sms) en meerdere manieren heeft om een alarmering te starten sprak ons erg aan. We hebben tevens onze brandmeldcentrale gekoppeld aan Multibel zodat meldingen automatisch doorgezet worden naar de juiste personen. Dit systeem is een aanrader voor elke organisatie die op zoek is naar een oplossing van deze tijd!! Recently within our organization replaced the pager system with Multibel. Especially the fact that this system uses multiple channels to reach someone (app / telephony / email / and / or SMS) and has multiple ways to start an alarm, really appealed to us. We have also linked our fire alarm center to Multibel so that reports are automatically forwarded to the right people. This system is a must for any organization looking for a solution of our time !!

Wij zijn zeer content met de mobiele oplossingen waar wij voor gekozen hebben. Ook de hulpvaardigheid van de accountmanager tijdens het implementatieproces hebben wij la zeer prettig ervaren. Recently started with a number of modules from Multibel where we can reach our emergency response team quickly and adequately. We are very pleased with the mobile solutions we have chosen. We wilden graag weten hoeveel BHV-ers er overdag aanwezig zijn om goed voorbereid te kunnen zijn om op te treden bij calamiteiten. BHV-ers die niet in de buurt zijn worden niet onnodig opgeroepen. Het systeem van Multibel leent zich hier uitstekend voor. We recently installed the Multibel system. We wanted to know how many in-house emergency responders are present during the day to be well prepared to deal with emergencies. Emergency response officers who are not in the neighborhood are not unnecessarily summoned. The Multibel system is ideal for this.

Met het pagersysteem is het altijd eenrichtingsverkeer geweest, we hadden geen idee of het bericht door de BHV’ers werd ontvangen en of de BHV’ers überhaupt aanwezig waren. Nu hebben we realtime inzicht in de aanwezigheid en kunnen de BHV’ers bij een alarmering direct bevestigen en deelnemen aan een conference call. MultiBel alarmeert via de eigen MultiBel APP, telefonie, e-mail en SMS. Door al deze verschillende kanalen te gebruiken, is MultiBel ontzettend betrouwbaar gebleken. De pagers moesten door de BHV’ers bij binnenkomst worden opgehaald bij de receptie. Dit werd heel vaak vergeten. Bij een calamiteit moesten de BHV’ers verzamelen bij de receptie om een portofoon op te halen en opdracht te krijgen van de ploegleiders. Hiermee ging ontzettend veel tijd verloren. Met MultiBel kunnen de ploegleiders in de conference call hun opdrachten geven en gaan de BHV’ers direct naar de calamiteit. Ook de BMI is gekoppeld aan MultiBel, waardoor de aanwezige BHV’ers de exacte brandmelding ook meteen in hun alarmering ontvangen. In eerste instantie was ook ik erg sceptisch, maar MultiBel heeft echt zijn meerwaarde en hogere betrouwbaarheid bewezen t.o.v. de ouderwetse alarmerings- en communicatieapparatuur. Echt een aanrader! We have chosen MultiBel to replace the pager system and the walkie-talkies. With the pager system it has always been a one-way street, we had no idea whether the message was received by the emergency response officers and whether the emergency response officers were even present. Now we have real-time insight into the presence and the emergency response officers can immediately confirm an alarm and participate in a conference call. MultiBel alarms via its own MultiBel APP, telephony, e-mail and SMS. By using all these different channels, MultiBel has proven to be incredibly reliable. The pagers had to be collected by the emergency response team at the reception upon arrival. This was very often forgotten. In the event of an emergency, the emergency response officers had to gather at the reception to pick up a walkie-talkie and receive instructions from the team leaders. A lot of time was lost with this. With MultiBel, the team leaders can give their assignments in the conference call and the emergency response team members go directly to the emergency. The BMI is also linked to MultiBel, so that the emergency response officers present also receive the exact fire report immediately in their alarm. At first I was also very skeptical, but MultiBel has really proven its added value and higher reliability compared to the old-fashioned alarm and communication equipment. Highly recommended!

De BHV app van Multibel werkt uitstekend, de medewerkers zijn erg blij met de gebruiksvriendelijkheid van de BHV app. Wij gebruiken de BHV app nu ruim 2 jaar en als er problemen waren bij individuele gebruikers konden wij altijd terecht bij de helpdesk. We were looking for a modern emergency response app to replace beepers and radios. The BHV app from Multibel works great, the employees are very happy with the user-friendliness of the BHV app. We have been using the BHV app for over 2 years now and if there were problems with individual users, we could always contact the help desk.

Aangezien een ramp zich nooit op voorhand komt aankondigen is het vaak van cruciaal belang dat wij al dan niet extra hulpverleners snel moeten kunnen waarschuwen om ofwel naar de standplaats te komen of meteen naar de plaats van de ramp kunnen sturen. Met de app van MultiBel is dat zo gebeurd! Je opent de app, plaatst de melding, selecteert wie het alarm moet ontvangen en voor je het weet gaat de gsm van alle hulpverleners een luid en duidelijk signaal geven met jouw boodschap. De hulpverleners kunnen zelf ook beslissen of ze al dan niet reageren op de oproep. Buiten het signaal van de app kan je ervoor kiezen dat hulpverleners ook gebeld worden, een sms krijgen en zelfs een e-mail met de melding.
