Very underwhelming experience today. Was led to believe there would be a workshop for children age 4-7, but my daughter (4) was the eldest. Workshop didn't include the promissed slime making, nor kinetic sand or puffy paint. There was possebility to make playdough, but the oil was missing, so just flour, salt, water and glitter that turned in to chunky hard clay. There was an indoor sandpit, not that fun for a 4yo. And some glue and sparkling stones to "make art". No way this was worth €22,-!! When I spoke to the owner she was rude and didn't even try to fix this for my dissepointed daughter, and there will not be a refund. Please, go and spent your money somewhere else!!!

This a great place to let the kids be creative and messy as the want. I’m delighted to see my daughter discover, explore and learn from all the activities they have thought for children stimulation. We both enjoy a lot this time together.

What an amazing place to explore art and have fun together! My son loves the opportunity to work with hammers, glue, paint and scissors and completely follows his own creative flow. Wish all schools would teach art in this way!

We called and spoke to the owner to see if she could adjust price for 5 people but was told it's still €350. They made no effort to find a solution and were pretty insulting in their behaviour. At €70 a head when most kids stuff in Amsterdam run around €10-15 pp, I find it greedy and unprofessional. She's not even an artist. At that price, you better provide high quality snacks and cake and taxi the kids to the venue. We had a healthy budget for our kid's party, but it wasn't about the money - it was about the service (or lack thereof) that we received that turned us off. Super inflexible, greedy and borderline arrogant. I don't care if you have "professionals" working for you; they're 6 year olds. They don't need Rembrandt teaching them. So for 1/10th the price we booked with Pete en Anne. You should too. Unless you don't mind expat traps.

We joined the classes with my 2-year-old son, and we loved it. I also took once my 5-year-old daughter and her school friend, and they had so much fun too! Every week the class has a different setup, kids can explore painting, playdoh, but also different sensory games. They have full freedom to try everything the way they like it, and it's amazing to watch it. The teacher once told me that you can learn so much from just looking at your kid play. Some kids are painters, some designers, some creators or builders. By observing my boy, it turns out he loves to organize things ;-) it feels like exploring the world with him in an easy, playful and safe environment. Happy to go back to the classes next week again :)

Went with my 17 months old girl for the first time. Absolutely amazing experience and would recommend any parent with kids to go and enjoy. Class is 1 hour long and that just enough time. Will definitely come back soon.

Just had our daughter’s 8th birthday Arty Party here. The girls had an absolute blast. There were lots of creative things to do and everyone had mementos to take home. You know it’s good when everyone says this was β€œthe best birthday party ever!”

Little Makers is a great place. Last Monday my nearly 6 year old daughter enjoyed so much the art class for slightly older kids (5-9). She enjoyed that amazing freedom to create and to explore. She enjoyed the colors of all prepared activities. She enjoyed the calm atmosphere and catching bubbles at the end. She enjoyed painting with her feet, hands, elbows and arms. She enjoyed being herself and being creative in a calm and lovely space. Seeing my kid waking up her artistic soul outside of the house or school was such a pure blessing. Thank you LM!
