Several infected nail beds, went back to inform them a few weeks later (maybe too late , but I was too angry before), they did not even want to see the scars or hear about it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service - got my nails badly damaged from the irresponsible staff member who went with the electric file several times over my nails - this thinned and broke them!
File was not properly desinfected - got an infection afterwards!!!
Next to that - extremely rude staff and last but not least - tried to cheat me with the change - giving me back 10 euros less as if by mistake.
All in all i think that its a bad place to entrust your manicure to! They just care to get your money and not to deliever anything!

Payed 16 euros for parking and when I was inside the salon the lady told me she could not book me an apoint. coz she was too busy! Please I beg everyone to avoid this place. Worst treatment ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is definitely one of the worst places to have your nails done. They pretend it is a chic unique place, not the chain; they are located well, but inside it is the same Chinese venue with strong odor and staff not speaking english or dutch! Also you have to pay cash only. And the prices are not humble! I doubt if the ladies who work there studied manicure anywhere. And i doubt they get any decent salary. Their service is really painful and poor. I do not recommend this place. My fingers still hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did manicure and pedicure and I was helped by Linh.
She was rude to me for the entire time of the treatments not even spoke to me for asking me if it was everything ok or if I was happy with the result at the end of the treatment.
When she was doing the pedicure I told her that I was feeling pain and she answered me "it's not possible! I am not even touching you" With an angry face.
When she finished, she didn't even say goodbye.
If you don't like to work with people change job.
I won't come back for sure, horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and extremely dirty place.
Manicure : there was no manicure at all done. She just filed on top of my nails and cut with dirty instruments cuticle and really quickly applied gellak without asking me if I agree with the color? it took around 20min and for that I had to pay....in between she was busy with her cut on her foot and didn't even disinfect her hands.
Pedicure: the person didn't communicate at all (neither Dutch neither English). It was so painful. She cut me till blood. There was no massage which was in the price. She applied cream with NAILS. My skin hurts so much. The person was constantly mumbling under her nose.
The gel polish looks unbelievable ugly, even my 5 year old kid coan apply better and I am not kidding.
For all of this I had to okay 85eur.
I will definitely call health department to check this place and hopefully they will close them down!. So dirty especially In these times.
I am so upset that I want to rund tomorrow to another professional to redo everything. Money thrown away! My nails all hurt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment at 14:30 to remove an old set and get a new set acrylics. Got told to come back in 30 minutes. Came back at 15:00, still had to wait 'till 15:35.... eventually I told them I didn't want a new set and told her to just remove my current one. Took her 'till 16:20 to have it all off, and it's done terribly. She continuesly left to help others because there weren't enough people to help the other clients. Loose skin everywhere and I even started bleeding from the roughness.
I do not recommend at all!!
