S	S V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is quite nice and the portions are big. I was a customer for last six years until recently. Why only two stars then? Well because their attitude isn't worth a single Euro from me anymore. Most people there are nice but there's always this one woman at the reception who doesn't realize that even delivery people are humans. I see no respect to the delivery people and despite multiple compliants, nothing changed. It seems that they're only treating people nicely when they want money from you. But as a delivery person, you're treated like vermin by this one staff member. Overall, it's a shame but I can't spend my money at a place like this. I recommend going to La Storia instead. Way better food with nicer attitude.

A	Aubrey Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For group meals or quick bites to eat, Napoli is great! The menu is good, and should cater to all tastes, and the price is affordable. The atmosphere is a little kitsch, but it still works, although a refresh is perhaps now needed. For special occasions, though, it doesn't quite cut it. Service is disorganised, and my partner's dish arrived nearly ten minutes before mine. This isn't acceptable. The wine tastes watered down, although for the price it's not unreasonable. Pizza frutti di mare was clearly made with canned and frozen produce, at least from the smell and taste. Lasagna was acceptable, a 6/10, but lacked the generous amount of meat one would hope for. Ciabatta was harder than a rock. Tiramisu was frozen and lacked flavour. Not bad, but a little disappointing for the discerning guest.
S	Sophie V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was all right, though the pizza had canned tuna on it, the lasagna had a bay leaf in and came with a chunk of cold, hard ciabatta, and the tiramisu appeared to have been in the freezer (the top layer of the mascarpone was all hard). Service was pretty good and the prices are very decent. Would recommend for a fairly quick affordable dinner out, but not if you expect anything fancier.
