Razend enthousiast over dit restaurant. Dit is niet uit eten gaan als je hier naar toegaat, nee, dit is een beleving! Je ogen, neus en mond worden verwend met de heerlijke gerechten. Elk ingrediënt proef je. Je smaakpapillen hebben een feestje. Die jongens die alles zelf doen, zijn goud.
Very excited about this restaurant. This is not eating out when you go here, no, this is an experience! Your eyes, nose and mouth will be spoiled with the delicious dishes. You taste every ingredient. Your taste buds are having a party. Those guys who do everything themselves are gold.

Mede door Covid hebben wij in totaal 1,5 jaar gewacht tot het moment dat wij eindelijk bij De Haan terecht konden. Het was het wachten meer dan waard. Samen met 6 andere tafels hebben wij genoten van elke gang die geserveerd werd. Elke keer werden we aangenaam verrast door de combinatie in smaken, structuren en de algehele presentatie. In het restaurant mag je zelf je drinken pakken. Wij hadden een bijpassend wijnarrangement. Naast alcoholische dranken waren er ook voldoende alcoholvrije opties. Bij de bar stond bij elke wijn uitleg over het type wijn en bij welk gerecht deze past. Dit concept kende wij nog niet maar was super. Het was een hele ontspannen avond met voortreffelijk eten. Restaurant De Haan staat in ons lijstje met favoriete restaurants. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.
Partly due to Covid, we waited a total of 1.5 years until the moment we could finally visit De Haan. It was well worth the wait. Together with 6 other tables we enjoyed every course that was served. Each time we were pleasantly surprised by the combination in flavours, structures and the overall presentation. You can take your own drink in the restaurant. We had a matching wine arrangement. In addition to alcoholic drinks, there were also plenty of non-alcoholic options. At the bar, each wine had an explanation of the type of wine and which dish it would go with. We didn't know this concept yet, but it was great. It was a very relaxed evening with excellent food. Restaurant De Haan is in our list of favorite restaurants. We will definitely come back again.

Great dinner, works very well. Reserve early, the weekends are booked for months in advance. Best chance for a table during the week.

Very nice concept. The guy who runs this does it all by him self (as in no other personnel at all). But still serves high class food. Make a reservation well in advance. The whole of 2017 is booked full already.

One of the best restaurants in town. That is, if you like Michelin style cooking. There is only one staff member; The cook. Drinks and bread are all self service. Only the courses are brought to your table. Had a great evening with some spectacular meals. Only downside from being this good is you have to make reservations months in advance.

Cozy small sized restaurant where the chef welcomes you at the door and guides you through the dinner personally. Creative and high quality dinner for a reasonable price. We had a fantastic evening! Definitely recommended! (Booking 6 month in advance advised!)

Already on entering it is striking that this restaurant takes a different approach. Both chefs introduce themselves personally, then explain that you can grab bread, wine and coffee yourself. And then a feast of flavors begins. Each course again with surprising combinations and very nice accompanying wines (included in the 4.5 or 6 course arrangement - but "just food" is possible too). The way the food is presented can only be summarized as "pictures". And everything served at you table - and explained - by the chefs themselves. Striking: also in a full restaurant (and that is actually always: reservation is really needed) there is a very quiet atmosphere.
