β β β β β We had dinner at Nazka this evening. Both the food and the servicr was great! The pisco sour and their other cocktails were very good. The bartender made agave margarita and tequila old fashioned, on request and we really enjoyed it. The food was bursting with different flavors and it was so delicious. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for some very good (Peruvian) flavored food with decent wines and great cocktails to go along with. The ambiance and the decor of the place was very chic and artistic. The overall experience was great!

β β β β β The dinner was tasty, with a nice 5 dishes menu, and all dishes were good without being exceptional. Some things were off, especially the sweet and savoury balance of some. The dessert was great, intriguing and well managed.
Nazca is worth a visit if you want to eat a new take on the genre. In this case, begin with an oyster. They were good.

β β β β β Definitely a place in coming back. A chick restaurant where you can find an alternative way to eat Peruvian food. The service was very friendly, with full recommendations and they explained each plate and asked answered all the questions we had. For drinks, we started with a delicious pisco sour. The menu is one, we had for appetizers the ceviche and the aubergines. You can choose between three main dishes. I chose the rocoto chicken. Finally, and unexpected dessert made completely from "Botija" olive. Was super delicious! Something I like is that the chef was passing by around and ask if we're enjoying the dinner. I really appreciated that.

β β β β β Two words come to mind to describe our experience at Nazka - layers and textures. Both in the ambiance and the food.
The unassuming exterior gives little away. Inside, a plush velvet couch anchors the center of the room, flanked by panoramic windows facing the street on inside and opposite, a clay-colored honeycomb wall acts as an earthy divider to the kitchen. A vibrant painting is splashed across the back wall, and the rest of the room is speckled with colorfully seated chairs and cozy painted hanging lanterns. But itβs all done in a way thatβs not flashy or overdone. Itβs restrained in the classiest of ways. And speaking of restrained, the food pushes the boundaries of the Amsterdam palate, but still holds back without flooding diners with overblown flavors or overly spiced entrees.
The tasting menu offers up sufficiently portioned dishes, with unique flavor combos (think fried eggplant with smoked yogurt, and ajΓ panca spiced rice with roasted turnips). Each course is accompanied with a card giving background of the featured pepper.
Pro tip: ask the bartender for a cocktail pairing with dessert. She whipped up a refreshing, light cocktail made that delightfully accompanied the dessert course. Was a capstone to a fantastic experience.

β β β β β Two weeks ago I was having dinner at Nazka. Beautiful experience. We've been offered the full experience with wine pair and we went for it! Scallops with the orange wine is a delicatessen. Cheeseplatter is a must try with the jalapeΓ±o!! Congratulations to the staff and the sommelier for such a beautiful experience.

β β β β β Nice Peruvian restaurant: the interior must be designed with some inspirations from Asian, I enjoy most of the dishes and will consider to visit again if I want to try some Peruvian fusion food with good atmosphere. It could be a bit noisy during weekend evening and it would be nicer if the dishes are served in a evenly pace.
