Professional team, very friendly, and caring staff. Words can’t describe how they were all amazing, everyone of them made our holiday special and much better, and the concierge are great and helpful too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent quality, excellent service, best spa in Amsterdam and I think I visited all the most recommended ones. The spa has heated adjustable beds and a pregnancy prenatal specialist who's massage is no less than medicinal really. The vallet parking brings you back your car completely clean, and the breakfast was super nice, kinda like an afternoon tea but for breakfast. We also had high tea at the peacock alley which is super recommended and dinner at spectrum- which is probably the best Michelin restaurant we've visited as vegetarians- you don't get the feeling that you are missing anything because you eat plant based, on the contrary (and tbh, we've been here also when it was liberije zusje, and it was amazing then and it stayed amazing, really I adore the chef and the team for making it such a lovely homey experience, we didn't want to leave haha). Overall, great service lovely different services/parts of the hotel, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best hotel service in the world. I was feeling unwell on arrival and they sent medicine in the car to the airport to meet me. Nothing was too much trouble, balancing excellent formal service without being pretentious or over the top.
The rooms were classy and tranquil.
Well located.
Great breakfast.
In a city that is not particularly disabled friendly, this hotel made sure that they took care of everything required in that regard.
I cannot recommend the waldorf astoria highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying at this hotel is an amazing experience. I've stayed here numerous times and leave more impressed after each stay. Everything from communication before arrival, the arrival experience, the building, the room, the facilities, the house cleaning, and especially the staff, is exceptional. Giving this hotel the credit it deserves requires more than a paragraph review, but succinctly put, its easily among the best hotels in the world. On a side note, the Hilton Diamond benefits applied at this hotel are fabulous and unparalleled in my long running experience with the Hilton chain.

The hotel was clean, the receipt was very friendly and correct, the building beautiful and stylish, great rooms. All is breathing hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only visited the hotel for lunch at Spectrum Restaurant but it gave us a really nice Overall experience about the hotel and brand Waldorf Astoria. Excellent service from the beginning until the end. The restaurant was extraordinary and they meet our wishes. Overall, after this nice experience we will consider to stay in this hotel when we visit Amsterdam again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Waldorf Astoria in Amsterdam was hands down the best hotel experience we have ever encountered. Every single staff member was courteous, professional, and helpful. The concierge staff went above and beyond to help us navigate Dutch covid testing requirements and arrangements for testing, plus helped with museum and tour tickets. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurants was delicious and the waitstaff was attentive. We loved our stay!
