★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genoeg keuze qua schoenen. Alleen jammer dat ze niet echt helpen om te kijken of de schoen ook echt bij je voeten past en dan je daarin advies geven.
Enough choice in shoes. It's just a shame that they don't really help to see if the shoe really fits your feet and then give you advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik raad dit filiaal af om te stoppen met de verkoop van (overigens leuke en goede) kinderschoenen. De laatste tweemaal voelden we ons namelijk erg onwelkom met onze kinderen. We werden ronduit sjagrijnig bejegend omdat onze zoontjes naar hun zin iets te onstuimig rondliepen in de winkel (viel ons inziens erg mee, ze waren wat druk, ze maakten niets kapot of vies.).
I advise against this branch to stop selling (nice and good) children's shoes. The last two times we felt very unwelcome with our children. We were treated downright grumpy because our sons were walking around a little too boisterously in the store for their liking (in our opinion it was not that bad, they were a bit busy, they didn't break or dirty anything.).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nelson is a great branch in Den Hague or Rotterdam. But the shop manager in Delft gives very bad service. When there was an issue with my shoes. He refused to look for the receipt in the system and started to shout with an angry voice. I advice people not to buy in this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nelson Delft is a very good place if you want to buy good quality shoes and they have a big selection of styles and brands. I have been very satisfied with every buy that I have made there. I have been using their shoes for 2-3 years now and are still in perfect condition. On top of that the staff is very friendly and helpful every time that I visit the store. I would recommend this store to anyone that wants to buy good material and durable shoes!
