★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr ruhig gelegen Grosse ansprechent eingerichtete Zimmer Gemütliche Gemeinschaftszimmer und eine Küche wo man alles zum Kochen findet Dusche und WC sehr sauber man kann bei schönen Wetter auch in einer Gartenecke sitzen Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kümert sich um seine Gäste ich würde gern wiederkommen Juni 2020
 Very quiet area Large, attractively furnished rooms Cozy common rooms and a kitchen where you can find everything to cook Shower and toilet very clean You can also sit in a garden corner when the weather is nice The owner is very friendly and takes care of his guests I would like to come back in June 2020

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay. It has been one of the best coliving spaces I have been in. The rooms are so well equipped and practical. The bed converts into a very cool spacious desk with a simple movement. The bed was amazin, great conform and support.
The shared facilities are to a very high level of standard together with the decoration which is very nicely done. You can see the detail put into it in every corner. It is soo clean and tidy... So much that I didn't even missed my own house.
People are very nice as the management interview them and select the right fit for the house. Which I really like as I have had such bad experiences with ex shared houses with the tenants. This benefits come with a bit more expensive price tag but really happy to pay for such nice place and colivers. ❤️❤️ thank u

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great experience. The house has a very nice structure, which transmits something positive when you want to study. You have many spaces to share with your friends, from a kitchen, a dining room, a garden and a living room. The house has all the necessary implements for us in each of the different rooms. You know and share the culture with different people from other countries and you learn to be more responsible with your things. There are many rules to ensure good behavior at home, but sometimes they are very strict. It is an appropriate place to live with a quiet and beautiful environment, I highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet place and close to the University of Twente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neptuno Coliving is a great place for people who want to devote on their studies once it provides you with all the amentities and comforts to have a pleasant and quiet stay. The location of the house is fantastic, right opposite of the university which was extremely convenient for me personally. In addition, the landlords were extremely kind and willing to help once a malfunction was occuring. Furthermore, the house provides you with anything you need (no need to buy anyhing extra) and it is cleaned twice per week by a cleaning lady keeping the house clean and tidy at all times. However, there are some strict rules that one should compromise with thus I would not recommend this house to any party people out there. Overall, a very good experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived there for 1 year while studying at the UT and I had a great experience. They really try to have a good mix of people in the house with shared interests so I had a great experience there. Everything was clean and whenever there was a problem or something broke it was quickly fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for 10 nights and the bed is really comfy. The common areas are very spacious, and the kitchen is great, equipped with everything necessary. Generally, I had great experience, the hosts are also very helpful and kind. The location of the apartment is also perfect for UT students, there is a Lidl, 5 minutes from there. I recommend the place 5/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house is absolutely lovely, just in front of the university campus and close enough to the grocery shops. The rooms are really nice, clean and with good furnitures. There is a really nice backyard, the kitchen is fully furnished and the living room and bathrooms are all new and nicely decorated. The landlord is really friendly and helpful. The only downside is the micro-management of the common areas but if you are able to communicate with the other tenants and find common grounds then that shouldn't be an issue. I recommend staying at Neptuno Coliving space.
