This is a usual Nespresso store, what else?
In the past the employees were friendly, entering the store I was barked on bey an employee to not proceed further due to the COVID-19 rules, but told to stand next to her and other customers, which defies the logic of the rules.
Main issue is the impoliteness with which I was approached.
The checkout interaction was luckily with a machine.
