★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really not happy about their service, being in a rather high price range, while the quality does not match it. I've been shopping there and using their shoe resoling service for about two years and at first it went well, but last 3 times they always forgot to send me their confirmation email that the shoes are ready. One of their employees told me once that it happens and it's a bug in their system. So I ended up waiting more than a month instead of 2 weeks, what I was promised. And when you call there, you have to wait at least 10 min on the line until you finally speak to someone. Yesterday I urgently needed to pick up the shoes before my trip so I called there and went to the store, showing up at 19:01 and the staff saw me, but didn't even give me a chance to talk to them, just gave me a non-verbal sign to leave, because they're closed. While the only thing I needed was to take the shoes they owe me for more than a month. This is something I would expect only from a low budget store, coming to a conclusion again that their pricing is definitely not worth the services they're offering. I will surely never let my shoes to get resoled there, since there are many other faster, cheaper and better quality options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop but they have some rude personnel. I was there today to search for a winter trouser but somehow got into the shoe area - which was apparently restricted. The middle age lady with short hair stopped me as if I was commiting a crime. And asked me to move to another section. Did not like her attitude at all and will not come here again. First time experiencing this kind of a behavior in the NL.
