★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een tijdelijke sluiting van de winkel op het Gelderlandplein in Amsterdam (wegens een verbouwing op 27 t/m 29 jan. 2020) stond NIET vermeld op de website.
Op maandagmiddag wou ik een bezoek aan deze winkel brengen.
Volgens de website moest deze winkel gewoon open zijn.
Maar er bleek een verbouwing aan de gang te zijn (de hoeveelste verbouwing is dit eigenlijk in een korte tijd?) en kon ik als klant niet geholpen worden. Deze verbouwing stond dus niet aangegeven op de website.
Ik heb toen NOG telefonisch contact opgenomen met het hoofdkantoor van Vitaminstore in Amsterdam (want deze winkel was telefonisch niet bereikaar). Hier werden mijn klachten niet serieus genomen, dat deze verbouwing eigenlijk vermeld had moeten zijn op de website.
Voortaan doe ik mijn aankopen bij Holland&Barrett, Kruidvat of de Etos (of eventueel bij de Ecoplaza of de HEMA).
Daar gaat het personeel wel professioneel met mij om.
Vitaminstore is voor mij een te rommelige organisatie.
A temporary closure of the store on Gelderlandplein in Amsterdam (due to a renovation on 27 to 29 Jan. 2020) was NOT mentioned on the website.
On Monday afternoon I wanted to visit this store.
According to the website, this store just had to be open.
But there turned out to be a renovation (how many renovations is this in a short time?) And I could not be helped as a customer. This renovation was therefore not indicated on the website.
I then contacted the Vitaminstore head office in Amsterdam STILL by telephone (because this store was not available by phone). Here my complaints were not taken seriously, that this renovation should have been mentioned on the website.
From now on I do my purchases at Holland & Barrett, Kruidvat or the Etos (or possibly at the Ecoplaza or HEMA).
That is what the staff treat me professionally.
Vitaminstore is too messy for me.
