★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I was very skeptical about this type of training, but once I tried it I was amazed how effective it was. You’ll train all you’re muscles in only 20 min super effective. I also have lower back problems and can’t train with heavy weights. This is perfect no weights but still good functional training exercises combined with EMS ???
