In short - the hotel is nice but not family friendly. We travelled with a baby and asked for a baby bed and a double bed since our baby sometimes stays with us in bed. We got two single beds with a distance of 5cm. We weren’t able to bring them closer and our child was constantly losing his legs and arms in it… On top of it, they gave us the smallest room on the floor and we didn’t have the space to put the suitcase and the stroller. They write 22-24m2, but don’t mention that 7m2 is a hallway (wasted space). This was clearly visible on the emergency plan. We told the staff but their manager was ignorant. This was during low season.

Absolutely loved this hotel, super modern & extremely comfortable (also their branded robes are to die for!) The view from the room was incredible & loved having the self service snacks / drinks area available in the lobby to us after a night out. A big thank you to Orlando in guest relations for facilitating a special request too - highly recommended!

Stayed in the hotel in Feb 2022. Place to stay in Amsterdam! Brand new hotel in the city with a great design and service! Fantastic location just next to the train station connecting you with the city centre, airport and other parts of the Netherlands. 2 metro stations within walking distance that takes you to the main parts of the city just within few minutes. Perfect for those coming for business eg. to RAI conference centre but also for those who want to explore Amsterdam for leisure, as the vivid part of the city de Pijp is just 10-15min by walk. Great breakfast on one of the top floors of the hotel with a fantastic view over the city. Hotel has a modern design which adds extra value to your stay. Very comfortable! Highly recommended!

I don't usually write reviews of the hotels where I stay. But this more than a review is a thank you note and I will tell you the story. On Sunday, November 7, I stayed at the nhow hotel in Amsterdam RAI since it was my first night in which I was moving with my family to the city and our apartment was delivered to us until the next day. I was arriving after a flight of more than 14 hours, with my wife, daughter and our pet, in addition to the 10 suitcases that we brought between personal and carry-on luggage. From the check in with Pim and Sarah everything was different, since they not only helped us with all the luggage and made sure that we were comfortable in our room, but they made our reception something really special and that is much appreciated after such an exhausting journey time. Not only was their reception warm and friendly, but they tried to make that night truly memorable. Not only they helped us to make our stay really enjoyable, but the the staff (unfortunately I can't remember all the names) who helped us the next day were really very kind. In addition to this, I can tell you that the hotel is really surprising, it has impressive views of the city, the room is very comfortable and the breakfast buffet is excellent. I really admire this hotel, which creates the culture in its employees to go the extra mile and make its guests feel really welcome and special. I consider by far the best reception I have had among all the hotels that I have had to stay in different cities around the world. My sincere thanks and congratulations to all of them and it will surely be the first option that I recommend for someone visiting the city. Sincerely, Alejandro

The hotel is very beautiful, unfortunately while checking out there was a huge queue behind us so when I asked for the invoice which I’ve informed about the day before checking out the lady at the reception asked me to give her the company details one more time, and she asked if it’s ok if she will send it later in the afternoon to my email address, I’ve been wanting till night that day without receiving the invoice, so I had to call the hotel, after making the call the hotel did send me the invoice to my email address without providing the company details which I’ve left at the reception twice, so I had to call one more time, after that I’ve been informed that they can’t find the details I left at the reception twice so they asked if I can send it by email, therefore I’ve sent them the company details for the third time but this was to there email address but unfortunately I haven’t received my invoice till today. In my opinion such a beautiful hotel & not cheap one should respect the time of there clients. I want to add that the room was very nice but unfortunately wasn’t well prepared, the shower gel in the room was more than half empty for example.

Absolutely sensational hotel to be! Great interior design with super atmosphere, roof top restaurant for breakfast and dining, and cozy daily lounges! Well conected with the public transport. I would like to give special compliments to the Chef for the Vegan meals he made for my girlfriend. We are very thankful for the great time we had and the mega friendly personal! We will come back for sure! Highly recommend!
