T	Tim Snoeren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 pizzas last week, had to call 3 times over 2.5 hours after which they delivered the wrong pizza with the excuse they ran out of an ingredient for one of the pizzas so just decided my other pizza for me. Then I sent a complaint and received a pretty standard message saying they will use my feedback to improve my experience the next time. (The message seems like a standard response).
F	Federica Sala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again. I ordered 2 pizza and it took 1 hour and 20 min to get it delivered. In the meantime I had to call 3 times and by their "excuses" it is clear there is a management problem in this restaurant. Moreover, I ordered a pizza with vegan cheese and one with vegetarian chicken. As those ingredients are really alike the "real" chicken or cheese, then I think they should have marked those pizza somehow, for example with a green sticker on the box or writing the letter "v". That didn't make me feel comfortable in eating pizza and it ended up that I removed chicken but we will never be sure about what we received and ate. I feel like I wasted my money and my time as well. It has been definitely my worst pizza experience and I do not recommend it to anyone.
R	Ronen Deift on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took them more than an hour to arrive and unfortunately the pizza was unetable, burned and hard as a stone. We had to throw it out to the trash....such shame.

The delivery guy threw the coke in the hallway and when I opened the box the pizza was clearly smashed with a big force by the delivery guy. As you can see on the picture this is unacceptable and the only respons I got was that they will take it into account to improve their process. The pizza was in the centre of the box, while all topings were stuck in the corner. I was a real fan of Domino's and a I considered myself a regular customer, however they lost me and with their customer service it does not seem that they want me back. Unfortunately this is the case, but as the pixture shows I could not leave this without writing a review.

When I called them the guy said that he was not allowed to give a real discount code .... ? Totally scam! Don’t buy here!! After this really big disappointment everyone is still hungry, so we are making food now ...

Upon checking the phone number again after they hung ip, it was indeed the correct number. I reached out again the next day and had my details forwarded to the manager about never receiving my order and wanting my €36 refund. I was told they would get back to me and they never did. Never ordering from that store again.
A	Annika Siimon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a pizza with garlic sauce but I didn't get the garlic sauce. The pizza arrived 20 minutes late. Calling them doesn't work either because they pick up and no one says anything, you can just hear car/airplane sounds.
