★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a t-shirt and jeans guy so shopping for a suit is like trying to read Swahili. This guy translated everything for me and I had a nice suit for €350 and zero “why are you in our fancy store?” vibes, which you will get at Suit Supply across the street. No Label is the new sliced bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After checking different sustainable clothing stores, I decided to go to No Label because I liked its supply chain transparency and value preposition. So I went to Amsterdam to check the physical store, hoping to leave the physical store with a feeling of finding my new favourite store. However, I have just left it with a bitter feeling.
Even though the staff in the store did explain the differences among some basic t-shirt material, his attitude came up a bit rude and indifferent. I quote him, after asking if it is ok to try the same shirt more than once: “Do your own thing” with a rude attitude.
I understand that the focus of No Label might be not on the service quality but on the product one. Nonetheless, due to this experience, I don’t think that I would like to come to the store but only purchase online products and maybe not even.
My apologies for this negative feedback and I am not used to writing these type of comments, but I think that it might useful, at least for future clients, to check the service quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store today and I was very pleased with the shop, the products and the service. After I entered, the stuff invited me directly for a coffee (which was good) afterwards I got all the answers and sizes I needed. I will definitely come back. Seriously a highlight. Thanks a lot. And yeah… the products are amazing. Very good quality to a fair (not cheap) prize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the wool traveler pants. After using them for 4 months they have broken down, shrink 2 sizes and lost the beautiful finish they had one I bought them.
It's a shame they broke down so easily I love how they look but they are not meant for an active lifestyle.
