Picking out a suit can be an incredibly intimidating experience for some. Many uncertainties can arise and sometimes you need just the right help to get the perfect suit. Mees was just the man for the job and through thick and thin, was able to help me construct indeed a perfect suit. Though incredibly professional, the adventure in crafting the suit became a personal one. Would highly recommend for all in need of a suit. - Jon and Mac

I like products of Suitsupply. Craftsmanship and quality of products are excellent. This is why I am a returning client but not anymore. Unprofessional, disturbing and arrogant behavior of your colleagues is not only disappointing but extremely annoying. This impacts client experience totally. Here are the problems: •I arrived your office on 2nd of September at Willemparksweg and it was busy. I spoke two of your colleagues to pick up my deliveries. One of them told it another and half an hour passed. •Some told me to go upstairs after waiting long time. In the meantime, I was asked if I bought smth two times. (I bought 3 suits, 2 shoes and 1 polo T-shirt) •After long time waiting, I was asked about my email. Actually I was asked about my email 5 times during my 1.5 hour stay in your shop. •Afterwards, they told me that my deliveries are not arrived although I have received an email that all items are in the shop. I was asked to come next day and check again. •I showed the email with delivery number and insisted them to check. •Then they told me that actually they are delivered and happened to be just behind the desk. (!) •Then again I was asked about what I bought and if I bought smth. (!) This is very annoying because I arrived there with casual dress. •Then I wanted to try my suits and make adjustments which is required and most important selling point of Suitsupply. However, two different sales rep took care of this process with diverse views. (Joris and Wessel) •When I asked about turn-up on my trouser, I asked for 3 cm and I am told that only possible to make it 4cm. When I asked why, answer was shivering: No, it’s the way it is. I heard few times “no”, “not needed” or “we can’t do” without any explanation. •Then they told me that my suits should be sent to external atelier and it will take 3 days. I said you have three days ahead: Friday, Saturday and Monday. I can pick up Monday evening. Answer was again: “no”. •Then they suggested me to do it at an external atelier myself or do it at Suitsupply in Switzerland where I live. I told them I don’t want to do this at few different locations and a lot of effort. Can’t you do smth to deliver on Monday? Answer was: No. •I told them that I will take all my deliveries and do it myself with another tailor. They said that’s a good decision. •This annoyed me a lot because taking it to someone who doesn’t know Suitsupply products is not convenient and practical either. •Before I left the shop, I decided to speak with the tailors in the store. This is the major unique selling point of this brand at first place. I asked them if they can do my reparations until Monday evening? They said sure yes. This was a shocking moment for me because Wessel or Joris did not even check with the tailor in the store before they sent me away. Tailors are in the store for a reason isn't it? I had to speak and arrange it with the tailors myself instead of Suitsupply employees who could just spoke with the tailor 30 second - just 3 metres away. Obviously, there was no external atelier to do the job either. •Finally I paid the amount for various alterations in 3 suits. •On Monday evening, I went to your store again to pick them up. Same tailor was there but your colleague in the second floor made me wait again long and acted quite unpleasantly. •Finally I got my suits and came home. Half of the requested alterations were not done. Only trousers were shortened. •Willemsparkweg store is a nightmare as a client. I kept my attitude very kind and did not react to your colleagues but this is not acceptable. •Although I bought 5 suits and various other things from you in last 1 year, I receive this service and having such an unpleasant feeling. (!!) Just wanted to inform about this in case someone in your organization would be interested. Such a pity. Your products are amazing and I really appreciate quality of materials, style and craftsmanship but I do not want to experience this level of negative vibe and treated as such again. Thank you.

Really bad experience for me. The person at the front desk asks what I might need, I say "A jacket and maybe pants." And they say to talk to someone in the very back of the store, I ask if I can just look around and I again get told to walk to the back of the store. I do. I find two guys in a small cafe having a conversation and I feel as if I'm interrupting. "How may we help sir?" Idk, I want to look around at the jackets and suits I just walked past! "Oh yes, our jackets are right here, have a look." oMG too much pompousness for products that are not world class. Btw, jackets start around 275 euro.

Sharing is caring. Today I did not buy anything - yet I was helped over the phone by a super energetic lady - her name was Rosa - with some lousy questions. If only other shops / people would have and use 11% of her thrive to help and her positivity, it would bring many of us a smile to our face and an urge to maybe spend money with the shop in question. Rosa works at Suitsupply and she made my day

Went for a suit. He tried to fit me with pre made suit . I wanted a black suit . Instead of measuring my size and ordering new suit , he told me he can’t help me at all because black is not available . ???? Why did not he do effort to make a new suit? He told me black will not be available until next year . He seemed too lazy to do his job. Suit supply is suppose to measure my size and create the suit that fits me . And not try to get me pre made suits . I do not recommend .

Great assortment and quality, excellent welcoming and service. I both purchased and tailored suits, always with Romel: he made me feel home everyone, caring about my requests, advising for improvements. Always a pleasure!

Great store experience! I’m quite a picky guy when it comes to shopping, but their service is unrivaled - very friendly, patient and knowledgeable about their inventory and what works well together. Props to Mike and Vince for helping me out!
