Uw bestelling wordt binnen 1-5 werkdagen door PostNL afgeleverd. Bestellingen boven €79,- worden gratis geleverd, anders betaald u 3.95 verzendkosten. Voor bestellingen uit België en Duitsland wordt €6,95 aan verzendkosten berekend. Bij een maatwerk bestelling is de levertijd 4-6 weken.
Wanneer een pakket niet bij u afgeleverd kan worden, biedt PostNL het standaard aan bij de buren. Als dat ook niet lukt, biedt PostNL het pakket een tweede keer aan. Wanneer het bij een tweede poging ook niet lukt, vindt u een bericht in de brievenbus. Daarop staat waar u het pakket binnen 2 weken kunt afhalen.

β β β β β Bought a suit at society shop a while ago. However, their premium suit jacket, leaks color on my white shirt.. I got a new one from the store in amsterdam after some arguing. However, the problem wasn't solved since my second shirt got ruined as well. The gave me a voucher to buy a NEW suit for halve the price. Which I didn't agree to since I had allready bought a suit for 400 euros, and wasn't kean on buying a second one which could have the same problem.... never gonna buy there again, instead go to suit supply.

β β β β β I went there looking for a brand new suit. Jimmy, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the suiting process and really tried hard to get the right fit and finally recommended MTM/bespoke as a superior solution, unfortunately since I was traveling I didn't have time and I think he understood. I appreciate not being pressured into a sale that isnt the best for me, and that is why I left this review. The cappuccino machine was also pretty good.

β β β β β I had originally left a one star review due to what I perceived as poor customer service when I received a call to pick up my suits. A lady from the store called me afterwards to apologize and say that it was a misunderstanding. When I went to the store, the man who had called me also apologized and was very friendly and helpful.
I appreciate that they reached out and tried to make things right. My feelings about this store are the complete opposite of what they were a day ago; they have shown me that they are committed to amazing customer service.
And their suits fit beautifully.

β β β β β So I ordered a custom stiched suit according to my size for a wedding. As you can see, the chest side is awefully stiched. I complained about this the day the suit arrived and since then I gave it back 2 times to get it fixed. Attached pics show the suit after 2 fixes (unbelievable). Each time I mentioned that the chest fitting was not well, the salesman were busy trying to convince me. This suit costed me 650 euros !!. Total waste of my time and money.
