For a bike steer wheel replacement they made my bike's seat and handles so very dirty with vaseline/oil which can damage permanently clothes. I know there can always be a bit of oil/vaseline but this time it was all over... I had to waste extra time cleaning it. Thanks !

I think most reviews given here to Nobel Tweewielers were done by the local expats who don't really understand that maintaining a bike well actually costs money. My bike needed some serious servicing - both inner and out tires needed replacing, new chain, which means the gears on the back wheel needed replacing, breaks were tightened up, and back wheel straightened - for a very fair price, and more importantly everything was done in a single evening! I seriously recommend this place.

Disappointing and bad service. Empathyless staff who didn’t help at all. Second time leaving with this feeling, won’t come back again.

I have visited Nobel twice for new tires. Quick and friendly service, I think the prices are pretty fair. After the last tire was replaced it went flat after two days and they fixed it again for free since it was under their service guarantee.

I've brought my broken bike here a few times and it was fixed promptly. Last visit they installed a kickstand designed by Elon Musk himself! ?

I left my bike for small repair. I came to pick the bike at the end of the day and my lights and speedometer was gone. I asked it to the shopkeeper, he became quite defensive and told me "it is not his fault because bicyles are stored on the pedestrian way, and someone might have picked up my lights" This is the behaviour you should expect if you go to this store. No need to say the fact that I can not know how the bicycles are stored in th shop. This is the stores decision to store bicycles outside and they did not warn you for potential thefts and at the end they blame you for the stolen parts. Ask the prices before leaving your bike there as well. They charged me 80 euro for casette that is 30 euro on the internet. At the end I paid 200 euro for the change of casett, chain and I lost my lights, speedometer. Also the quality of the casette is quite bad. These kind of stores should have gone out of business, they have bad quality service.

Oh this place! Walked in with a flat tyre and a broken spoke and left 135 euros poorer. This was a few years ago, was reminded of it while clearing old receipts. Reading other comments, it seems they haven't changed a bit. I would recommend the fietsmaker on Lauriergracht or Fietsland off Haarlemmerdijk (Fietsland seems to be closed temporarily). If you have no choice but to come here, make sure you have clear agreements about the prices. Don't forget about the various service charges, that added up to 75 euros on my bill. And confirm that they will call you before any extra expenses are added.
