★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me the best bike shop in Amsterdam. Staff is friendly and honest and do their job with commitment. I bought a bike for a very affordable price and I love it so much that I decided to bring it back home with me on the plane. Months after I bought the bike, they helped me to prepare it for the shipment. What else should I say?

I had my tired repaired, and the next day the tire was completely flat, it even exploded .i could not use my bike as i wanted and had to bring it back to have it changed, of course carring the bike as the tire was going off...crazy and than i had to discuss the price as the repair did not last, this was fanally arrange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bike shop in Amsterdam. I bought my bike here for a fair price with a guarantee. Since then I had a few issues but I always returned here to get the problems fixed. The guy who works here is so friendly, helpful and honest (and speaks great English). I wouldn't go anywhere else for bike-related service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got two secondhand bikes here last week. We were going to try a few nearby shops on our way (walking) to Badhoevedorp, but the bikes here were decent and the staff friendly -- less than half an hour later we were cycling off!
I don't speak Dutch but the guy working in front let me make do with English and German, both of which the guy working in the back speaks. They upgraded B's bike with a better bell and other things for free. Later B checked the original prices online and was pleased with the deal on my bike. A hassle-free experience.

They also saved me: I had a last minute emergency and needed a bike rapidly, they let me come to their store a few minutes after closing time and let me rent a bike for 9 days for super cheap! Really happy
