★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dann hat man am Samstag mittags einen Notfall und steht vor verschlossener Tür. Ruft nochmals die 116 117 an und bestätigen, dass die Praxis geöffnet sein sollte....aber nix da. Nicht einmal der Kinderarzt der auf dem Zettel stand (hing an der Tür) geht an sein Telefon.......nein, der Anrufbeantworter geht ran. Danke dafür, dass man nach Wuppertal dann fahren müsste.
 Then you have an emergency at noon on Saturday and stand in front of a locked door. Call 116 117 again and confirm that the practice should be open ... but nothing there. Not even the pediatrician who was on the note (hung on the door) answers his phone ....... no, the answering machine answers. Thanks for having to go to Wuppertal then.

Meinen Vater, einen 71jährigen Mann, als Begleitung dermaßen unfreundlich und pampig vor die Tür zu setzen, was man auch ordentlich und freundlich ausdrücken kann (auch trotz seinem Impfnachweis) ist eine absolute Frechheit. Richtiger Ramschladen, schlechte Klinik mit unmotivierten und unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern, die falsch in ihrem Job sind.
Dirty Clinic! To put my father, a 71-year-old man, in front of the door in such an unfriendly and sloppy manner, which can also be expressed in a neat and friendly manner (even in spite of his vaccination certificate), is an absolute cheek. Real junk shop, bad clinic with unmotivated and unfriendly employees who are wrong in their job.
