★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute ohne Vorankündigung bzw. einer Terminabsprache beim Dr.Gundhever zur Wundversorgung. Und ich war echt erstaunt, das ich einfach so ran kam, ohne vorher angerufen zu haben! Die Belegschaft der Arztpraxis, ist nett, freundlich. Der Arzt ist zwar jung, aber Er macht seinem Beruf, alle Ehre! Auftreten, gegenüber dem Patienten usw. einfach top! Es müsste mehr von solchen Ärzten geben!!! Ich kann den Arzt nur weiter empfehlen!
Today I was without advance notice or an appointment with Dr. Gundhever for wound care. And I was really amazed that I just ran it without calling before! The staff of the doctor's office, is nice, friendly. The doctor is young, but he does his job, all honor! Appearance, compared to the patient, etc. just great! There should be more of such doctors !!! I can only recommend the doctor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider bekommt man seinen Bericht nicht ohne weiteres ausgehändigt. Ob man nicht mehr ansässig ist und berufstätig (somit ist stundenlange Anreise nicht so einfach), spielt keine Rolle. Bei anderen Praxen bekommt man ohne Probleme seine Unterlagen per Mail / Post zugesandt. Es wird nicht einmal versucht eine einfache Lösung zu finden, am Telefon wird man unfreundlich abgefertigt. Nicht zeitgemäß, Schade!
Unfortunately, you don't get your report handed to you without further ado. It doesn't matter whether you're no longer a resident and have a job (thus traveling for hours isn't that easy). With other practices, you can get your documents sent to you by e-mail / post without any problems. They don't even try to find a simple solution, you are treated unfriendly on the phone. Not up to date, what a pity!
