Da Ich hier in Schwelm, an der Bahnhofstraße, schon seit den '90er Jahren hingehe. So kann Ich nur sagen, dass mir immer geholfen wurde. Obwohl mein Budget nicht ausreichte. Gerade darin muss Ich den Verkaufsleiter Herrn Ralf Koschnick und seinem Team, einmal und immer wieder Danken. Für die Aufmerksamkeit, die mir persönlich zugekommen ist. Macht weiter so, es tut gut "Euch" zu haben, um wieder zu hören und andere zu verstehen. Yes, this is my hearing aid - acoustician. Everything is right for me here. How others feel this is up to them. Since I have been going here in Schwelm, on Bahnhofstrasse, since the 1990s. So I can only say that I was always helped. Although my budget was not enough. C	Ch So on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich gehe mit meinem Sohn jetzt schon fast 1 Jahr oder etwas mehr dahin.Da er einen hohen Bedarf an Brillen hat (Junge halt☺). Vom ersten Besuch an bis heute wurden wir immer sehr nett empfangen. Auch geduldig sind sie mit uns. Mein Sohn ist schon fast stamm/Dauerkunde da er seine Brille immer richten lassen muss. Sie zwingen einem nichts auf . In meinem Ort gibt es direkt vor der Türe 4 Stück. Und mit allen habe ich Erfahrung.Aber keiner kommt an Optiker/Akkustik Wette auch nur annähernd dran. I have been going there with my son for almost 1 year or a little longer because he has a high need for glasses (boy ☺). From the first visit to today we were always received very nicely. They are also patient with us. My son is almost a regular / permanent customer because he always has to have his glasses straightened. They don't force anything on you. In my place there are 4 pieces right in front of the door. And I have experience with all of them, but nobody comes close to opticians / acoustic betting.

Ich habe dort ein Kontaktlinsen-Abo und hatte in all den Jahren nie einen Grund zur Klage. Hier wird Kundenservice noch groß geschrieben und gelebt. Man nimmt sich Zeit für die Beratung seiner Kunden. Competent and courteous team that has always given me great advice over the past eight years. I have a contact lens subscription there and have never had any reason to complain over the years. Customer service is still very important and lived here. You take the time to advise your customers.

Die Beratung und der Verkauf ist sehr oberflächlich,(unqualifiziertes Personal) es steht hier der Profit im Vordergrund und nicht der Wunsch des Kunden. Eine Kundenreklamation wird ignoriert, die Verarbeitung einer sehr hochpreisigen Gleitsichtbrille ist absolut mangelhaft erfolgt und diese nach kurzer Zeit zerbrochen. Ich habe diese Erfahrung leider persönlich machen dürfen und hier einen Verlust von über 1400,00 Euro verschmerzen müssen. Nach mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme zum Inhaber habe ich keine Reaktion erhalten, im Gegenteil die Angelegenheit wurde herunter gespielt und einfach ignoriert. Ich empfehle jeden der auf der Suche nach einem guten Optiker/Akustiker, Beratung und Service ist diesen Anbieter Wette Optik/Akustik in Schwelm / Mitte zu meiden. A customer complaint is ignored, the processing of very high-priced varifocal glasses was absolutely poor and it broke after a short time. Unfortunately, I was able to make this experience personally and had to deal with a loss of over 1400.00 euros. After contacting the owner several times, I received no response; on the contrary, the matter was played down and simply ignored. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend, die Auswahl an Brillen ausreichend groß und meine Brille war innerhalb weniger Tage fertig. Absolut empfehlenswert! I bought glasses from Wette Optik for the first time and I am very satisfied. The staff is nice and courteous, the selection of glasses is sufficiently large and my glasses were ready within a few days. Highly Recommended!

Ich war vorher sonst bei einer großen Optikerkette, aber da fühlt es sich für mich so an wie am Fließband. Ganz anders bei Wette. Hier fand ich den Kontakt zu den Verkäufern sehr viel persönlicher und es bleibt auch ein wenig Zeit für das ein oder andere private, dadurch fühlt man sich direkt gut aufgehoben bei den Mitarbeiterinnen von Wette. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren auch sehr kompetent. War anfangs skeptisch von den Brillentypen die Sie mir vorgeschlagen haben, weil ich diese Brillen sonst nie getragen hätte, aber die Einschätzung der Mitarbeiterin war super. Hab dann auch eine Brille davon gekauft und bin super zufrieden. Ich werde mir demnächst dort noch eine Zweitbrille fürs Auto holen und freu mich schon auf die hilfreiche und nette Beratung. Fazit: Ein toller Optiker für Jung und Alt die noch Wert auf Kundennähe und auf ausreichende persönliche Beratung legen. Immer gerne wieder. Ich hoffe die Rezension hilft dem ein oder anderen. I used to work for a large chain of opticians, but it feels like being on an assembly line for me. Quite different with Wette. Here I found the contact to the salespeople much more personal and there is also a little time for one or the other private one, so you immediately feel in good hands with the Wette employees. The employees were also very competent. At first I was skeptical about the types of glasses you suggested to me, because otherwise I would never have worn them, but the employee's assessment was great. Then I bought a pair of glasses and I'm super satisfied. I'll get some second glasses for my car there soon and I'm looking forward to the helpful and nice advice.
