★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze zijn heel moeilijk bereikbaar en als je ze bereikt hangen ze halverwege de telefoon op.! En als je daar bent mag je niet naar binnen en moet je ze gaan bellen.?!
They are very difficult to reach and when you reach them they hang up the phone half way! And when you are there you are not allowed in and you have to call them.?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Novum praktijken is een goed georganiseerde huisartsen praktijk met een goede handhaving van de op dit moment geldende Corona regels verder hebben de behandel ruimten een frisse en schone uitstraling en het gebouw is rolstoel vriendelijk.
De medewerkers aan de reseptie zijn vriendelijk en weten goed om te gaan met gestelde vragen en voorgelegde problemen.
Novum practices is a well-organized GP practice with good enforcement of the currently applicable Corona rules. Furthermore, the treatment rooms have a fresh and clean appearance and the building is wheelchair friendly.
The staff at the reception are friendly and know how to deal with questions and problems presented.
