Despite the fact that I spontaneously walked in a little before closing time, I received extensive and pleasant help. That gave a homely feeling.

Na contact te hebben gehad werd mij een eyelet opgestuurd om hem te laten maken bij een schoenmaker . Dat gedaan te hebben schoot er na een aantal keren er op een andere plaats weer een eyelet los! Nu heb ik geen vertrouwen meer in deze schoenen die ik Max 6 keer heb aan gehad. Ik heb deze schoenen dus twee keer kapot gehad in nog geen twee maanden. Nubikk heeft kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel staan , deze schoenen vallen daar niet onder! Ik als vaste klant voel me zeer in mijn hemd gezet en vervolg me op verdere stappen helaas. I bought shoes for my birthday in this shop at the end of October 2019. After wearing it a number of times, an eyelet was released without strength. After having had contact, I was sent an eyelet to have it made by a shoemaker. Having done that, an eyelet was released once or twice in a different place! Now I no longer have faith in these shoes that I have had on Max 6 times. So I broke these shoes twice in less than two months. Nubikk attaches great importance to quality, these shoes are not included! As a regular customer, I feel very much put in my shirt and continue to take further steps, unfortunately.

In the summer of 2019, wishes became reality when they opened their store on the corner of Hartenstraat and Keizersgracht. Established in 2012 and geared towards young adults, Nubikk quickly became immensely popular due to their unique and outstanding designs and superb craftsmanship and were sold in renowned outlets such as de Bijenkorf. The footwear range for both men and women includes boots, ankle boots, sneakers, trainers and sportswear, as well as bag and shoe accessories. Nubikk is designed to be enjoyed, worn and to live in.

The shoes I wanted were not in the store, so the employee convinced me to order on-line and have delivered to the store promising to sms when the shoes arrived, but he never did. Then, when I went to the store to get the shoes, the sales person was business texting and didn’t even look up. In fact, I had to ask her to assist me (and the store was empty). Then, as I didn’t want the shoes, I requested a refund, and she issued the credit to someone else’s order and I am still awaiting a refund! Spend your money somewhere else!
