★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online shopping doesn’t work at all. I ordered a pair of shoes online and I received ones of a totally different size and colour. I sent the shoes back and ordered again the correct shoes. After 20 days waiting for the package, Allbirds informed me that there had been an error in the warehouse and my shoes were never physically shipped. Besides, during the long wait the colour was is no longer in stock! So, all in all no shoes for me. At least customer service is friendly and agreed to refund without issues.

I'm super excited that we have a local Allbirds store finally - much easier to get fitted for shoes (big fan of the Wool Runners, the Mizzles do great in Dutch weather). Branka, Manon & Daria are fantastic - they'll make you feel like you're at home and made it super easy for me to exchange the shoes (even though I had worn them, just needed a smaller size). Comfy shoes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are so nice and friendly! They helped me find the perfect size with supportive suggestions, received a lovely pin as a gift, and for each shoes there are 3 extra laces in different colors attached. The most soft and comfy shoes I ever had!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard first about AllBirds about three years ago when I was living in Toronto. Since there was no store in Canada (and there is still not) I ordered the shoes online. I fell in love with the shoes immediately. They fit perfectly, are really comfy and are easy to wash when they get dirty or when your feet start to smell.
After my return to Amsterdam I had to visit the store. It’s a nice gem in the 9-straatjes area. The staff is taking plenty of time to help you pick the perfect pair. I’ve been there several times now and the store manager in Amsterdam is the best!
I wear the shoes almost every day and you can walk miles on it without hurting your feet. And best of all, you don’t need any socks!!! Will be back in the store in Amsterdam soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suuuper friendly staff! I already knew which shoes I wanted but preferred going to the store instead or ordering online. Turned out that my normal size fit perfect :) The insole is made of wool so sadly my feet get quite sweaty during warmer days, but I'll manage.
