I was well serviced by Mitchell who is original from Londen, this emphasizes the global character of the store. I was fitted properly, had a great time and went on my way with a new pare of "Iron-Rangers" Some people may find redwings expensive, I kindly disagree. I have 2 more pairs both of them are 8 years + of age and they stil are formidable boots. If you take care of your boots the boots wil take care for you!

Boots are breaking in well, I used the size guide on their blog which is quite acurrate; maybe I should have gone for a half size smaller, but I have snug fit when using thicker wooly socks. Thank you Red Wings Amsterdam for your prompt shipping, looking forward buying from your store in future.

My shoe was rubbing the back of my heel, and I visited the store with not much hope, but just to share my disappointment and ask for guidance. Mitchell, the store manager, tried to fix the problem and changed the shoe with an alternative brand new one. They also shipped the new shoe to my address and manually delayed the shipment aligned with my travel schedule. What can I say? Red Wing is a love brand for a reason, and today they won a lifetime loyal customer!?? Thanks a million Red Wing Shoes team & Mitchell!
